I cannot say enough good about this chair I absolutely love it. I was skeptical when I first ordered but it is so comfy and I can recline and relax watching tv in my office when I feel the urge. Easy to put together, all screws very well organized and labeled. Didn't take long at all if you follow the easy instructions. And best part it is PINK and goes with my brand new pink Mac desktop!

The media could not be loaded. I received this as a gift for my craft room. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is for the size of it. You need to put it together when you take it out of the box. It comes with a tool that you need to do that and the instructions are clear. It is sturdy, rolls smoothly on my carpet, adjusts easily enough for my 6 year old granddaughter to do by herself and is supportive. My husband (he bought me mine) borrowed it when his chair needed replacing. I had a hard time getting it back 😁. I bought him one of his own. He is 6' 2" 230 pounds. I'm sure he loves me putting that out there😬 but I thought that info might be useful to you 😛. Definitely worth the money!

I purchased this chair during Prime Days in the fall of 2024. It was relatively easy to assemble. No scratches, tears, or other defects. It's very comfortable. I do not use the little pad that pulls out under the seat, so I have no review on that. When I put it together, it seemed all correct. After using it for a day or maybe two, the seat became lopsided. I researched the problem, made adjustments to the screws on the bottom of the seat, and made sure the wheels were all evenly secured in the base. I've been using this chair since then, it is now spring, and it never adjusted itself. It is still lopsided. I move the base around each time I sit in it, to try and even out the seat. It's very annoying. It does affect my back if I sit in it for long periods of time, which I do. I recommend returning the chair if you experience this issue. I waited too long, thinking it would self adjust as suggested online. Keep track of the return window. Otherwise this chair is great in all other areas. I would recommend this chair, because this problem was most likely caused by my assembly. I took away one star because the suggested solutions did not work.

Love it. I’m a 5’2 petite Asian male so this chair was perfect for streaming. However, I hold a lot of weight on my legs specifically my thigh area so getting out of the chair is a bit difficult and has led to some embarrassing situations at work. But overall it’s a good chair and super comfy.

So I can't give it 5 stars cause it's got some small issues that are too noticeable to ignore. The chair itself is fine. It's comfortable on the back without the lumbar pillow. I only use the head rest (which has helped my neck pain so much). I work remote and do school online so a comfy chair is important. Cons: my package came late and got pretty banged up in transit. The metal rod for the arm part to go in, was poking out of the box. We noticed it was uneven when we put it together so the right arm has to be tightened frequently sadly. If you sit legs wider, you will hate the seat. It's like a bucket seat so it curves up on the edges and digs into side/back of thighs. The seat is pretty bad, my bottom hurts sometimes if I sit too long, get a small gel pad to help. The recliner portion i didn't use yet, doesn't really matter to me. My bf did and he was tilting forward but he is 5'8 and I'm 5'2, he is lighter tho so I imagine it would be worse for me.
