Great value for the money. The quality is great for the price and have saved my day multiple times this winter. I have a job that I am in and out of the weather all day and needed something that would be warm and water resistant and these fit the bill. They are cut perfect and are not baggy, for a pant like this it can be an issue. They have seen many work days and kept me warm and dry. The only thing that needs to be added are vent zippers, it would be nice to have a couple vents on the inside of the thighs but for the price this is a small complaint. Great purchase and such a great value for the money. I love these so much because they have a built in belt which makes them very comfy to wear all day, they also have many pockets which is clutch at work. I am fit at 5'11" and 168lbs. I went with a 30x32 and they fit great with the built in belt and elastic. I got these for work and wouldn't hesitate to take these up to snowboard, just know these are resistant to water and not fully water proof, they do a good job at keeping you dry as long as its not a down poor of rain. Surprisingly great pants that have kept me warm and dry at work this whole winter with great style. Easy five star.

The reviews on these ski pants were highly favorable but sometimes conflicting when describing fit. Too long, too short, too tight in the waist, too loose. I rolled the dice and ordered a pair in my regular size 36W/32L...and they are a perfect fit. Maybe a tiny shade long, but close to perfect. The materials seem to be of high quality and the fleece lining is soft and easy on the skin. I like the elastic in the waistband which is snug but comfortable. Good quality zippers on the pockets, plus zipper openings on the leg bottoms. Very well thought out. I expected these pants to be loose and baggy in appearance, as Winter clothing often is, but these are more slim and fitted - a nice trim fit I couldn't be happier with. We play golf year-round here in Georgia, and it can get pretty nasty in the Winter months. I was tired of thermals and layer upon layer of outer clothing - hard to play golf when you're the Pillsbury Doughboy. These warm and uber comfortable pants are going to be just what the doctor ordered. Big thumbs up and highly recommended.

After 2 years and heavy use they still look like new. This is by far one my best purchases ever. I love everything about this pants: they have part elastic in the waist that adjust to waist with comfort; they are warm,I work in a cold environment and they protect me well.; Quality is excellent; its waterproof with 6 pockets . I very seldom write a review but this pants deserve a good review. They are well maid, must have been designed by one of the best designers out there; excellent price for all this features. Definitely I would buy them again but for now i got 2. Make sure you follow instructions how to wash them.

Bought these for my uber-picky BF for Christmas. He's been trying a ton of higher-priced brands (OR, Patagonia, REI) and never happy. Honestly, because I think he pays so much, they have to fit so perfectly. I got him these so we can get out on our snowshoes and he can be warm. I bought them a waist size bigger (which he never does) so they fit easily over his long johns and it was great to have the choice of inseam sizes. So they fit perfectly for snowshoeing. I can see why these would not work for snowboarding or skiing because of the leg opening, but they are fine for wearing snow boots or hiking boots, like we do. They are thicker than the ones he has been looking at, but It's better to have the thing that works, vs searching forever for a unicorn!!! Quality-wise (former REI employee here) they seem solid. Lots of pockets, good zipper grips for use with gloves. He doesn't like the belt, but he can switch that out. I think the value for what you get here is solid. These will do the job for snow and precipitation that we get here in the NW.

Got these for both my husband & son for a trip to Iceland. They worked great for the wind, rain & snow we encountered. Not only were they dry & warm, the best thing they both liked about these pants is how comfortable they were. They wore them on a glacier hike as well. We had no problems with them & found them to be extremely durable. Great purchase!

I almost never leave product reviews but have to for these pants, they are the real deal and at an unbeatable price point. I recently relied upon them for a winter climb up Mt. Katahdin and the weather was horrible. 5 degrees air temp, 50 mph winds, wind chill below 40 degrees. The only thing I wore on my legs was these pants with an additional base layer underneath and despite being outside in these conditions for hours at no point did my legs get cold. Spent a good amount of time falling through snow and being knocked around, and as advertised the pants didnt get wet at all If you are uncertain because of the brand, dont be. These are perfect for snow boarding, skiing, or any winter activity you can throw at them. Comparable pants of this quality cost 4-5x as much. I cannot say enough good things about the value of these softshell pants. Excellent job of keeping you warm, blocking wind, and being water proof.

I was looking for very warm pants with a lower leg zipper , so as to accommodate easy , quick access to a bladder appliance for my husband . Darn near impossible . I found hope in researching "snow boarding pants", but not all of them have the lower leg zippers any more most have moved to elastic. These pants are well lined and very warm for NE weather. They have the lower leg zippers and high quality not flimsy. They come in an abundance of color and are cut and fit very much like dress pants, plus all the snow boarding extras. Now my husband can wear pants that fit well, don't make him look like he is in sports wear all the time or PJs. I bought 3 pairs and highly recommend them and would most certainly buy again. He wears and depends them like most men wear jeans or dress slacks ! These are so much more than snow boarding/Trail pants . Real asset to men with a bladder appliance !
