I’d been using one of those expensive hard floor cleaners that sweeps and mops in one go. Unfortunately, it wasn't getting my floors very clean. One use of this steam mop, and my kitchen floor is back to shining. The pads are super thick and robust. I use it in the bathroom, too, especially around the toilet. I appreciate that this heats up and is ready to use quickly. It is also reasonably lightweight and easy to maneuver. I highly recommend using distilled water to keep this cleaner working correctly for as long as possible. Since you don't need any cleaning chemicals, it is a worthwhile and reasonable investment.

Sweetcrispy steam mop is lightweight and easy to use to keep your floors clean. This is a great steam mop to keep your floors clean and take care of small spills on your carpet. This is great addition to my floor cleaning equipment. The tank on the machine is small, but heats up quickly. The mop is easy to use, clean and store when done with it. I like it that is gives me better option on small carpet spills than dragging out the full sized steamer. The pads are easy to remove after use and throw in the washer with other cleaning rags to wash and, I like to hang them outside to dry. The chore I hated the most is now enjoyable with this steam mop. The price for this is better than any price you find at any of the big box stores.

This is wonderful! I have alot of sensitivities to chemicals, so I have to use all natural products. I had a steam mop years ago, and was so excited to get this. This works so great! It is super easy to use, and cleans like a beast.....with just steam! It easily deep cleans my floors, with just a simple push of a mop. It leave no unpleasant smells, and the residual moisture on the floor dries faster than a regular mop. Well worth the price.

A further value, I really think that this is a good option. It’s super user-friendly. Simple adjustment to move between hardwood floors and carpet easy to fill up and on and off switch. The only thing that I don’t care for is the cord length wish it was a little bit longer. Also, I like that it only needs water or other steam mop require requires vinegar and water so this is good for me. I have washed the pads a few times and they seem pretty durable.

I'm glad I had a previous steam mop years ago allowing me to make a comparison of the details. I like the seafoam green color. I like that the handle clicks into place to stand the mop upright. I like that it's lightweight. I like that it comes with 2 cleaning mop pads, plus a plastic guard to be used on carpet (I haven't used this on carpeting, I don't know that I will.) I like that this is quick for small spot cleaning, or on a floor that's not too dirty. It comes with a small plastic container for easy filling of water. It does provide steam quickly. I like the idea of a steam mop, this model just has inconvenient functions. I don't like the cord length, I can't plug this into my family room outlet with enough room to reach the opposite side of the room without unplugging and replugging. I don't like that the reservoir can only hold water, my previous steam mop would hold cleaning product versus walking around with a spray bottle of cleaning solution. I don't like that the on/off button is lower on the unit, then the power light button is on the opposite side. I don't like that although the top handle has a slotted spot to hold the cord, it can only be used for storing the cord because when you put it into the slot, it doesn't hold the cord in place. You have to hold the cord in your hand or drag it around the floor.

I’d never heard of a “steam mop” until I saw this. In the past I’ve had steam cleaners that did a great job. These were always much more expensive than this steam mop. In addition to a tank of hot water and shampoo, they had a suction function that picked up the dirty water and stored it in a separate compartment until disposed of. These machines did the job but were hard to set up and almost impossible to clean and dry the machine. The steam mop is very easy to setup – just use the included measuring cup to add water, turn it on and very quickly it is ready to go. The steam comes out much hotter than in the traditional “steam cleaner”, goes through the pad and quickly cleans dirt from the rug or floor. The pad then wipes up the dirt. No dirty water tank to empty. When finished, just toss the pad in the washer and it comes out clean, ready to use again. It’s easy to clean the steam mop when finished and it doesn’t take a lot of storage space.

I already have a larger heavy duty steamer that is great for cleaning car interiors with it's hose but to be honest not convenient for small jobs and touchup. With 2 German Shepherds tracking dirt all over I do have real need but with the amount of setup and awkwardness involved it only gets sporadic use when things get bad. With this little steamer fill the reservoir, plug it in, give it a minute to heat up and I can do the kitchen or bathroom floor or do some quick carpet touchup. It is light and convenient to store. The cord is short and the water reservoir small but I can work with that not trying to do the whole house. For this convenience at a reasonable price longevity is not the major concern. If I had to replace it every other year it would be worth it. As the jury is still out on how long it will perform and the little shortcomings, I will deduct a star for now but it will get some real use.
