we love it! It’s nice and thick. It’s firm but soft. I do still sweat a bit at night, but I believe that to just be Medicines. My husband does not have that problem. We’re both so happy to come home to a comfortable bed each day. We have a sleep number bed that I thought would be great for my inflammation, however the memory foam is still a must. Without it I wake up so sore it’s hard to move.

Have yet to use the mattress. It arrived on 01/16 very well packaged with little odor, and expanded quickly. 'Giving it 24 hours before using. Some ventilation holes are a bit irregular in placement, and the size of all of the holes on the mattress is such that one side has holes twice as large as the other side. Does this mean that one particular side should face up, and if so, which one? Will write a more complete review after using the mattress for several days. 02/03/2021: Abby from Sleepsheep assured me that either side of the topper could face up and that the discrepancy in ventilation hole sizes was a manufacturing issue. She frequently followed up about any problems that I might have with the topper and I was very grateful for her support. Excellent customer service! While using the topper there has been no overheating nor strong odors. It has helped alleviate my chronic back and related pain a bit, though not completely, and given my banged up and aging body I don't believe that any topper could do much more. In short, the topper has been a helpful product and customer service has been unusually supportive.

Updated review: This company has amazing customer service! I highly recommend them for their service and desire to make things right for their customers. That said, Memory foam isn’t for everyone... I originally purchased the 3” gel infused topper and didn’t not like it at all. It wasn’t comfortable for me or my husband, as it was too thick and we both just sank right in (and we are very different sizes- me: small and light and him: not so much), and the chemical order was very strong and didn’t go away. While I couldn’t return the original topper due to its large size after it expanded from its compressed shipping packaging - I was refunded and the company reached out to me numerous times to try to help me with the issue. They ended up sending me a 2” version infused with lavender which is much better than the 3” gel topper. It doesn’t have the chemical smell and it’s not as smushy/thick as the other one. It also has a very nice Fabric cover which makes it appear to be more durable than the first one. The cover even has built in corner straps to secure it to your bed so it doesn’t slide around. The 2” lavender infused topper seems to be very well made and certainly the way to go if you’re planning on a memory foam topper. Again, excellent customer service earns this product a 5 star review, but Memory foam might not be the right fit for everyone.

I got the 3” gel memory foam and this thing completely transformed my bed and gave my old mattress new life. It was neatly packaged, when I opened it I let it expand on the bed and it seemed fully expanded within 10-15 minutes. I added a mattress pad over it to keep it snug on the mattress. This thing is a dream - 100% worth every penny. It molds gently to your body, you sort of sink in but not in that “can’t roll over or get up” kind of way (which is how my mattress was before I added this). I’ve never had back problems so I can’t vouch on that, but I am having a much better nights sleep after adding the foam, and I find myself just wanting to lay in my bed at all hours cause it’s pretty heavenly now.

My husband and I need to replace a 10 year old topper for our bed. After looking at many we decided on this. In hopes of him not being overly hot. The item was shipped fast. Once out of box no weird smell and only took a few hours (with fan pointing on it) to come to its shape. All I can say is Omg!! It was wonderful! Softness with a bit of firmness. We sink down in and sleep in a cloud. I would recommend this topper for anyone that has a hard mattress and needs a bit more softness.

I bought a 2 and 3" to stack for cushions in my DIY campervan. These mattresses are very soft but I thought stacking them would be plenty to support my weight as a seat or as a bed. These are very soft and would be better for use as intended on top of another mattress. These cut very easy. I used an electric carving knife and it was like butter. Nothing wrong with this product, just sharing that they are really soft and won't exactly work for my use. I'm buying regular 3 inch upholstery foam to go under this 2 inch topper for our van.

This is a great mattress pad. We us this on our travel trailer. It has been great so far. I would recommend flipping every so often. This mattress pad sleeps cool as well so you won't have to worry about getting to hot a night. All around a great mattress pad and would recommend.

I chose this product, getting the cooling gel version. Has helped me sleep much better--wonderful temp regulation. I bought the king and it's generously sized. Managed to spread it over a bed overnight to achieve its correct shape--it's a heavy piece in this size and when expanded it took 2 people to move it to my bed, FYI--not a defect but important to know. A reviewer said there's a charcoal smell when it's first unpacked, instructions say to leave uncovered for 24 to 48 hours and smell will dissipate. --I put an oscillating fan in the room for 24 hours and it was fine. I used an extra fitted sheet as a mattress pad in order the max out the cooling function.
