Idk why anyone has anything bad to say abt this, it amazing!! I absolutely recommend it’s a 10 out of 10. I use it on the carpet. I use it on the hardwood floor. It works just fine. It comes with a little remote. There’s even a feature that when you step off of it, it stops. I think it’s worth every penny. Very disappointed. It doesn't work. It's stuck in this "E 14" mode. Already not thrilled about how short the plug is but it's also quite ridiculous that it's located in the front of the pad. I'd literally have to face the wall to use this thing. It was delivered last night around 8:45pm. We heard a loud bang minutes before but didn't think anything of it. This morning when I tried setting the pad up and it wasn't working I thought to look at the doorbell cam. Well, the delivery guy dropped it against the stairs and pushed it up to the door which is crazy because it's not even heavy enough to be doing all that. So I don't know if it's not working because of that or if it was just faulty from the jump. Either way, it's a dud 🙄 ... show more

My 1 walking pad had some technical issues. The customer service was excellent and offered a replacement that worked perfectly! Easy set up, up and running right out of the box. Goes as fast as 6 mph so is a great supplement to my regular running.

The media could not be loaded. This product hold up to 270. It goes up to running speed I haven’t put it past number 5 speed. I’d you’re heavy set I recommend putting it at speed 1.2 for regular walking speed. Set up was quick, very easy to use even for those that are hard to understand directions. What I would say with first time purchase and hard to trust a product that promise it works, i definitely trust this. It arrived earlier than expected. Also I love that it’s very easy to store, it’s the length of a toddler. Very convenient, the design is shaped to convenience, I can use this in the living room while watching tv or in my room for a private workout. The remote control is small and don’t loose it because you won’t be able to operate it without it. The only thing you would be able to do it turn it on. ... show more

This is easy to use, manual was comprehensive, and the walking pad runs smoothly. It delivered 2 days earlier than expected, in perfect condition. I love to use this on the days I don't/can't go to the gym or to just simply get my steps in. Easy to store, comes with an easy to use remote, and helps keep me fit when I can't hit the gym. The walking pad itself i love. Compact, but long enough for you to actually walk without feeling like your going to fall off lol. Easy to move. The assembly was not hard at all. The handrail does fold down for easy storage but, to do that is a workout in itself. The handrail is to short in my opinion (I am 5'6). The remote that was suppose to come with it was not in the box so I cannot review that. (I did reach out to the company and never heard anything so I contacted Amazon and they did give me a fair refund for the missing remote) ... show more
