Using this every day along with the powder has actually worked for us when nothing else helped. It takes a little work for the first few weeks using twice a day followed up by the Eye Envy powder with brush but this has definitely cleared up the stains and made a huge difference.

This is my experience. This does work to a certain extent. The liquid softens the tear buggers so you can remove them. I use a cotton makeup remover pad that I cut in half amd some warm water with the liquid. (I can’t afford to buy the wipes that go with this kit.) The powder works to keep the tears from sticking. And the powder lasts forever. The tears kind of slide down to the mustache. I found that I have to be diligent to use every day. It does work better than anything else I've tried. I have a 2 1/2 year-old poodle mix and I've tried a lot of things. I would give it a try.

This stuff has changed my cats life. Moonie has a very very flat face and so much trouble breathing. I have been wiping his face with a warm washcloth every morning and it’s still wasn’t cutting it. Sometimes I was wiping his face with a warm washcloth up to five times a day. I had to bathe him every week because his paws would be covered in brown gunk. I’ve been using Eye Envy for about three months. I have the foaming wash and I use that when I bathe him, but I only have to bathe him once a month now. I use the Tear solution just about every day. I apply it with a cotton ball or several cotton balls. It’s our bonding time. While I’m cleaning out his crevices I hold his nose open so he can take deep breaths. Sometimes he takes a big deep breath and then blows his nose all over my face. It’s so gross but then he starts to pur and he’s so happy. I have the powder but it’s kind of a pain in the butt so I don’t use it very often. I still have to dab his eyes with a tissue or hanky a couple times a day but it is night and day on the crusties around his eyes. And it’s like he’s a new cat. Now that he can breathe better and see better, He is sweeter. He likes to play now! He’s nine years old and he never used to play, now he wants to play every morning. Granted I did start using this product around the same time that I started watching Jackson galaxy the cat daddy and learning more about what my cat needs, but I think it was this product that really put us on the right track and made Moonie so much more comfortable so that he could blossom. I’m so glad someone recommended this product to me and I would recommend it to every cat owner with a flat face kitty

Works better then anything I have found yet. I have two Bichons that have tear stains daily. The white powder help to absorb the tears before they stain but you have to wipe their eyes before there is too much tears and runs over the powder. I'll keep using it until I find out there is something wrong with using it.

When I got my dog last year her face was solid red from tear stains. I really didn't think there was any hope to ever get it all cleared up. I started out by trimming off the old old red fur around her face very carefully and then I started the product and used it faithfully for 3 months. This is the result! She looks absolutely beautiful and no one can believe she's the same dog

I've wasted a lot of money over ten years trying to handle my dog's tear stains, and this system is the best I've found. I use a flea comb first for crusts, then the liquid, and after that dries, the powder. It's a little bit of work, but not a big deal and well worth the results. But you have to stay on top of it and use it regularly. I also switched to Just Food for Dogs and my dog produces much less tear staining.
