Sven & Son Bliss queen electric adjustable bed frame has been a helpful product with a great deal of flexibility. Residual effects of compartment syndrome in my leg and my husband’s leg edema and breathing issues have kept us from soundly sleeping. We purchased this product because it gave us a great deal of flexibility to address both our medical issues. The flexibility of this product offers choices of sizes for accessibility. It can be equitably utilized by people of most ages, sizes, and abilities due to its simple to understand operation manual and labeled remote. Also having the legs being set about two feet inside of the frame allow it to be easily approached by people with assistive devices. The lighting option under the bed also allows it to easily be seen in low or no light conditions. Multiple settings allow for varying medical conditions and other needs of comfort to be addressed easily with minimal effort. The simple set up and controls make it easy for the consumer to correct any errors that may be made in use. Compared to other bed frames of similar functions this is affordable. Set up requires at least two strong people due to its weight and to flip it over after the legs are attached. The labeling on the remote is written in small letters and the buttons are small. A larger remote with better labeling, including braille, would help people with dexterity and vision concerns. Also, the USB ports are located under the edge of the bed frame and can’t be seen which makes them inconvenient for anyone of any ability to easily access them. Moving them to the side would make them easier to utilize. This product has been an amazing product which was easy to set up and has been simple to use. The various settings have allowed my husband and I to sleep soundly and meet our very different medical and non-medical needs for a sound sleep ever since it was received. It is also enjoyable to use it just to sit up in bed to read a book or watch television. I really love this bed. I was replacing a bed that was over 15 years old and I cannot believe how much better we are sleeping. We got the "medium" mattress and I love it, not too firm not too soft. The bed works very well and was easy to set up. That being said, we are middle aged people and the bed is VERY heavy. Just prepare yourself for getting it in the house. We got the "Bliss" series and I love it. It has all the bells and whistles. Love having the USB ports handy and love the underbed lights. We've had it for about a month now and honestly I love everything about it, including the excellent price. Also, we had a slight issue and the customer service was top notch. Everything handled A+ manner. Will recommend buying this bed to everyone I know. Really is a great bed for an amazing price. ... show more

You well need a couple of strong people to help you get bed into house and set it up. A four wheel cart well make it easy to move. After getting it to the bedroom it set up easy. I put a latex mattress on the bed and it works very well with it. It is very comfortable and my leg-back pain, sleeping in the zero gravity mode, has lessened in just a few days. I well be looking forward to sleeping the next few weeks to see how my quality of sleep improves. ... show more

Ordered it a while ago. Set up was easy. Plopped mattress and let it air up itself. The first night was kinda tough because I was not used to it. The second day was much better and the rest of the night was like a dream cloud for a long time. It is now past 5 months and I am still on cloud 9. I got the firm mattress and the adjustable queen base. Good: It is comfortable, the features in the bed are great. I enjoy the zero gravity and flat feature on the remote. Bad: Delivery was a hassle. I had to deal with three different companies. I first talked to the bed's company, they told me it will be delivered by a shipping company. Then the shipping company never got in touch with me and texted me a delivery date. It was difficult to get in touch with them and when I finally did they passed my delivery to a smaller company which was even harder to contact. They do not bring things to the 2nd floor. And that bed is extremely heavy, especially the base. I was told if I want it delivered to the 2nd floor I would have to pay a installation fee that was ridiculous. Thank goodness that I knew two strong men to help me get it up the stairs. The mattress had a small hole in it. (The company sent me a mattress cover). It was easily assembled less than 30 minutes. I ordered the bliss firm. Its a little bit more firm than i thought but would rather not have the soft. The remote works well, massager is pretty good.
