Fine for printing. Prints fast. Occasionally I have to unplug it and reset it because the printing will be splotchy. I don’t use their templates because they don’t translate to U.S. specs and trends but I just use Etsy templates or canva and play with the machine lineup then save it. I can only print from the phone app because it’s not compatible with my Lenovo 2024 laptop. To print my labels for eBay and pirate ship I first have to save them as pdf then email them to myself or save them to file on my iPhone as pdf, import then print. But the most important thing is the machine is consistent and reliable for its basic shipping label purpose. It prints fast and smooth even even if I’m printing 10+ copies ... show more

As a tech savvy human, I felt pretty low about this one. Terrible machine for set up, and use. Options are in Asian language in the print menu. Ridiculous to sell in primarily English market and not provide English options. There are not manuals. You have to watch YouTube videos that are super sonic speed. Description here states it can do small labels— it cannot. It never worked on a 2x3. It’s not even an option in the print menu. (For the two that are in English read numbers! Since I don’t read the language it’s printed in, I couldn’t say if they have numbers or not.) I tried to make custom size label per tech support website, and it did not work. Rarely it connected to Bluetooth but kept losing connectivity. Fine if all you want to print is 4x6 shipping labels from a photo only from laptop. The iOS phone app did not work. Says you can print circles, but it never aligned, no matter how many times I reset the printer, performed alignments, etc. After five hours and 3 rolls of labels wasted, I gave up. The only thing it printed was the shipping label to send it back!! I’m over it! ... show more
