This is honestly pretty close to perfect for me. I’ve had it for about a month now and I’ve used it a ton! I’m short (five foot) so its smaller size wasn’t a problem for my stride. I could imagine someone taller than average might have to take smaller steps, but I thought this was great. It’s not too heavy and fits perfectly under my bed. Worked perfectly right out of the box. Not loud either! If I had any complaint, I don’t like that the remote is the only way of turning it on since it’s small and I worry about losing it or breaking it. Also when you pause, it resets the stats for your session, which is kinda annoying but not the biggest deal. I can’t comment on the app since I don’t bother with it. The walking pad was securely packed in a sturdy box with plenty of cushioning, so it arrived in perfect condition without any damage. I was excited to try out the Superun 2 in 1 Walking Pad as a convenient way to stay active while working from home. However, my experience with this product has been extremely underwhelming, and I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable under desk walking treadmill. First and foremost, the build quality of this treadmill is subpar. The materials feel flimsy and cheap, making me question its durability. Additionally, the LED display frequently malfunctions, displaying inaccurate information or completely shutting off during use. This lack of reliability is frustrating and undermines the purpose of tracking my progress. The advertised 2.5 HP motor is simply not powerful enough for consistent use. It struggles to maintain a steady pace, especially when used at higher speeds or for extended periods of time. This inconsistency in performance makes it difficult to rely on this walking pad as a consistent part of my daily routine. Furthermore, despite being labeled as "installation free," setting up this walking treadmill was far from hassle-free. The instructions provided were unclear and lacked detail, leading to a lengthy and frustrating assembly process that should have been straightforward. The remote control included with the treadmill has also proven to be unreliable. It often fails to connect with the treadmill or respond consistently when adjusting settings or speed levels - adding unnecessary frustration during use. In addition, the weight capacity listed as 265 lbs does not seem accurate based on my experience with using this product; it feels wobbly even though I am well below its weight limit.
