I got these to add to my camping gear and for other outdoor uses, but the main use was for my hitch cover- Unfortunately the pin is to thin for it to work for what I needed there. BUT these have some other great uses when camping.

    • Good for trailers
My utility trailer has several of these that keep the rails upright and when removed, can lay down for flat loading. Once done you raise the rails and use one of these to secure it. It can also be used to secure the tow hitch lock or other uses I'm sure. They feel strong and sturdy.

Good hitch pins at a good price. We ordered these to have some spares for our trailers. The post office lost the packages. The seller was very gracious and took care of the problem. Now we have the pins and they work just as they are supposed to. There is not much to say except they are the right size and the spring clip fits just right. The swing arm bumper mount for our camper grill only came with one of these pins, and we needed a second to use the grill in all the set positions. This ten pack fits the bill, and gives me plenty of cheap replacements when I inevitably leave a stray one here and there across the country. These pins are strong as any other brand with no flex, and the locking wire is easy to release and reset. Good deal for around a buck fifty per pin! ... show more
