He also treated the painted surfaces to ensure that the building withstands their rainy weather. I bought this for my grandchildren and they use it every day. They love it. I put it together by myself and it took five hours. The instructions are easy it just crawling in and out and setting it up by myself was a little bit more difficult. Had I had one helper I would’ve cut it down easily in half. My grandchildren loved this I also added a battery operated rechargeable light because they like to play in it in the evening while we’re sitting outside having cocktails

We bought this play house for our 2.5 year old son and it’s Amazing!!! The instructions were very clear. We built it in stages and it took around 3 hours together - a person building it on their own will Probably take around 4 hours. The wood is clean and beautiful and super safe! He absolutely loves it. The sink faucet broke almost immediately and I tried to contact the seller for a replacement but didn’t hear from them so just be careful assembling the faucet and when your child plays with it. Otherwise totally worth the money!!

Adorable little blue house. Minus one star because the Welcome sign was missing, and so was some paint in small areas, but overall it is perfect. It took my husband and I about 3.5 hours to put it together with a cordless screwdriver and the included bit. The measurements are in mm, but once we realized it didn’t have to be exactly exact, we converted it pretty easily to inches. The predrilled holes and labeled parts were definitely a plus! The pieces fit well together and the packing was great. The accessories are cute too! Our 6 and 10 year old have to duck through the door but can stand up easily inside.

Charming Playhouse! It does take a couple people for assembly but was easy to interpret the instructions. It has many cute features like doorbell, flower box, chimney top, shutters, telephone and a doggie entrance (which actually got used by the family Aussie)! We put some artificial flowers in the flower box for extra charm! Note; we placed the house on a patio that had an upper/covered deck above which should eliminate rain from getting down into the playhouse.

Great quality materials and very clear instructions. We had no problem putting it together. My only complaint is that the doggie door is almost impossible to put on when it tells you to. It should have been hung before the sink was counter was put in. Either way. My kids are going to love it and it seems like it should last a long time!
