This heater is amazing! I got the heater in the summer getting prepared for fall and the chillier nights at the end of the summer. I had it outside with the cover that comes with the heater. It comes disassembled so it took my husband a few hours to put it together with my assistance, for us it wasn't too hard but it took a while following the instructions. As this heater stayed outside during a storm, it unfortunately fell on the ground and the top bent when it hit the floor. I was sure the heater wasn't going to work anymore but I decided to try it anyway, imagine my surprise when the heater worked perfectly! After the first storm, the heater fell over several times and it continues to work perfectly every time! The heater delivers a lot of heat and to a wide area all around it. I have one of the triangle heaters as well and this one is by far better as far as delivering warmth in cold nights. I am really satisfied with this heater, I now keep it under the canopy safely tucked away from heavy winds. ... show more

This is frustrating to assemble but seems to be built of decent materials. What made this the most frustrating is that they pop rivet through the protective film and put the base together without removing any of the protective films. To get all of the blue films off of the base, which is very visible after assembly, I had to use a small torch to melt it out of the pop rivets and places you could not access. On Max setting the heat was blasting and we had to lower it. I wish also the wind fence for the top umbrella would be included. Since the heat distribution is great until the wind hits it and it flies away.
