I decided to upgrade my basic 10 year old exercise bike for one with the newer resistance technology. My husband tried to steer me towards one of the popular high end brands with all the bells and whistles but I knew all I wanted was the ability to adjust resistance, to track basic statistics and I had no interest in classes etc. I did some research and ultimately decided on Sunny because my old bike ( that had lasted 10 years!) was a Sunny! I am extremely pleased with my decision! It was fairly easy to assemble. My husband and I assembled it together using the video available on Amazon. You may not need two people but I think it goes faster! I think we had it together in less than an hour. I did purchase a gel seat cover for added comfort and I'm glad I did. The first week using the bike was an adjustment from my old one. I'm only 5'1" and I was afraid the new bike wasn't working for me. I spent a few days adjusting the seat vertically and horizontally until I finally got the right position for me! The bike runs smoothly! Very quiet but not silent. Someone mentioned it's a little hard to roll places because of the small wheels. True but I don't move it around regularly so it's not a concern of mine. There's a spot to hold your phone or a tablet. I have a TV I watch when I exercise so that wasn't important for me. There's a place for a water bottle which I don't use. I track my time, estimated calories, distance. I don't use the pulse option often so I'm not sure how accurate it is. I just love the simplicity of this bike! Pros: Very solid and very quiet. Cons: Not adjustable enough for me, particularly the handle-bars. I bike a lot in season, so I am used to a specific fit. With limited adjustablity, I can't quite get things where I want them The app that comes with this bike is not good. I had hoped to use the courses that come with the bike, and still have the ability to listen to music and take calls, etc. With this app, you are pretty much stuck with their voice-over and music, both of which are VERY annoying. in order to turn them both off, you have to turn your phone all the way down. I have now had the bike for almost 6 weeks and use it about 3-4 times a week. The bike itself is very sturdy and quiet. I live in an old apartment and was concerned about noise/vibrations. I can say it is VERY quiet. No vibrations or noise from it at all. I was very relieved. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. The issues I have are small and kind of nit picky, but something I would like to point out and see if the company will have options to overcome. First, I am short (5'5"), and the handle bars are just a bit of a reach for me to feel comfortable with. I would like an adjustable (forward and back) set of handle bars (even a post purchase option would be nice). About the only positive I have for this product is that it pedals extremely quietly. The floor/ceiling between my apartment and the one below is hilariously thin and thankfully, this thing produces next to no noise at middle tension. It might produce more noise at higher levels, but I don't intend to ever use them, so your mileage may obviously vary if you're planning to max it out. Everything else has been mixed. Some of the components are well-made. The main magnetic belt assembly seems to be very well put together, as do the pedals. The seat assembly is a mess. The post itself seem to be decent enough, but the seat clamp that I received with my product appears to be slightly too wide to match the standard used by more road and mountain bikes I've owned. It worked fine with the seat that came with the product (which, as other reviews have stated, is one of the most uncomfortable bike seats ever invented), but trying to install my own seat - which I would like to state worked with multiple other real bikes - unfortunately had to involve a little jerry-rigging because it just didn't fit. My biggest source of frustration came from the handlebar post slot though. It was too tight and forced me to go out and buy some lubricant to actually be able to install the handlebars. Someone should have lubed this in the factory. Speaking of the handlebars, they have raised pads that read your heartrate and they are super uncomfortable. Think about it like wrapping your hand around the handle of a baseball bat, but there's an iPhone or something wedged in there. It's uncomfortable and maybe I'm being overly picky for the price point, but I feel like they could have done a better job making them a little more flush to the surface of the handlebars. One final small complaint. There's a thin plastic shield that covers up some components below the belt drive and it is very flimsy. It's similar to the stuff that they plastic bumpers out of and if you've ever actually bumped into a plastic car bumper, you know how annoying it sounds. This bike serves all the basic functions I require. It's quiet and stable for out of the saddle efforts. Add a fan and a tablet for cooling and entertainment and it serves all the functions of a more expensive bike.

My bike computer never worked. The customer service person (Carlos) expected me to jump though all of his hoops (buy a magnet, test the sensor). Once I did...he said, you need to make a video showing me you did that. I'm sorry...is my time worth fixing their broken product? Why did you not tell me you expected a video?? Delay. Delay. Delay. This has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will NEVER buy any Sunny Health Products...EVER! And...I feel the need to protect others via Google, Prime, LifeTime, LA Fitness, etc... with this review. Pay a bit more and get a product that works and has customer support!
