This thermal printer was a great purchase. It prints extremely well and clear. It doesnโ€™t take forever to print a label either, it prints it very fast. The image quality is crystal clear and very bold. It was very easy to set up, especially since it came with a driver in usb form. I love how it has a little carriage for the shipping labels as well. This product is exactly as expected. Easy to set up and love that it is compact. I use a MAC and there was a learning curve to figure out what the print size needs to be and there really isn't directions for the mac software. Happy I chose this model!
