Likes: priced right, seems to be decent quality, nice small compact size and easy to use. Dislikes: not very challenging even on the most resistant setting. Probably would be perfect for someone older or with mobility issues.

I loved how easy it was to assemble, the convenience of working out while working is priceless. It’s great quality, sturdy and not big at all so it’s easy to store away when not in use. I highly recommend!!

    • Easy to use to get your daily steps in!
I was looking for a way to get extra steps in each day and this was the ticket. It came ready to use (no assembly required except for attaching the bands if you choose to use those and that was easy). Now, instead of sitting and watching the news or a show, I watch while using the stepper and be active while watching or listening to a podcast. It makes the time go faster and a nice way to get extra steps in even when the weather this bad outside! I love that this is small, compact and easy to move anywhere in the house! Anyone who may be worried about balance issues, maybe consider having the back of a chair right in front of you for something to hold on to. ... show more

    • Great for meetings, except when it squeaks.
I work from home and keep this under my desk. When I'm on calls, I like to pull it out and get some exercise. It works well most of the time, however about half the time it makes a loud squeaking noise while it's moving so I have to remember to stop moving before I take the phone off mute to speak. It's also a bit higher than I'd like such that it makes it difficult to type or use the mouse when using this machine. I have to remember to manually reset the timer/step counter every morning so I can see how long I've used it each day. I try to get in about an hour, however, since it really stretches the achilles tendon, I can't exercise for more than 20 minutes in one go (which is better than the first time I used it because initially I had to stop after 5 minutes). I do like the convenience of having a stepper stashed under my desk so that my day is less sedentary than it normally would be. ... show more
