I’ve been using the stepper for a few workouts now, and it’s quickly become my favorite part of my home gym for cardio. It'a an intense, full-body cardio workout in a short amount of time — great for burning calories and building glutes. The motion feels smooth and natural, and the resistance settings let you scale up as you build up your stamina. The machine is solid, stable, and surprisingly compact for how much it offers. It’s also quiet enough to use without disturbing anyone in the house. My boyfriend loves it and I love it too.

I love, love, love this product! Unlike steppers, this has a longer range of motion as in climbing. It gives a great workout and was super easy to assemble. The only downside I hope the manufacturer takes into consideration is the poor design in positioning of the LCD monitor. It is too far away and tilted in the direction of a person's shins, making it impossible to read during the workout. It should be mounted between the handle bars. However, the wiring is too short, so had to I tape it to a cross bar in order to see it. With an upgraded design to the LCD monitor position, I would change my review to 5 stars.

Its a great machine that's gonna help you lose weight and get in shape, my wife started to use it to train gluteus and abs and it's been amazing, she started to use it a week ago and since then she lost almost 5 pounds , it's a really good way to exercise at home, it's easy to move and I love that it has a calories counter

I love this so much! It helps with weight loss and also helps with my cardio. Only thing is the sound it makes while your using it but besides that it’s a great thing to use.

For the price it’s ok. The counter for steps is broke so can’t use that.
