"AH Sweatyer"...... couldn't have picked a better name. This is my style! Honestly, I really like this mini, at-home, stair stepper. It works! Especially for someone like me. I'm rehabbing a calf injury, Doc wants me doing light exercise, and this mini stair stepper provides! Foot pedals are big enough to fit my size 12 honkers. Frame work feels firm and supportive no matter if you're working out on hardwood flooring or carpet (I tried both and it felt fine each time). And the display counter is not only easy to operate (one button technology) but also easy to read while exercising. Only drawback I'll give it is the included handheld bungee cords. Handles are wide enough to fit my hands nicely but the cords are a bit weak. Too long to give a good stretch and oddly enough,... they don't stretch very far either. So I'll either change them over to something else or just toss them out entirely. Haven't quite yet decided. Nothing like the full size, gym quality, stair stepper machine, but definitely something to break a sweat working out your legs to some mindless TV. Good find that will come in handy over the next month getting my calf back into shape!

I really hate exercising. And, although I am okay with walking, I live in an area that this particular activity it almost mind-numbing. The only walking path is a half mile long dead-end gravel and dirt road. I ordered this stepper to hopefully convince myself that walking is acceptable. The stepper is well constructed and small enough to fit almost anywhere in the house. I can now watch a video while racking up a mile or so. It can also be used in any weather. You need no other special clothing or equipment. It comes with two stretchbands for exercising arms at the same time. The machine is so easy to use that even other exercise-averse family members are willing to use it. It also has a handy little multi-function digital meter that can record steps, calories burned, time spent walking.

Great addition to our home gym! Mini-stepper comes pre-assembled and weighs just under 13 lbs. Stepper is designed to promote cardiovascular fitness, burn fat, improve coordination and up your overall metabolism. Unit features a digital display for tracking: Count/time/calories. Stepper is quiet using a nearly silent hydraulic system of resistance that can be increased up to 330 lbs (essentially a knob, but difficult to tell if resistance has changed any). And the pedal height can be readjusted by the bolts. Used properly stepper can build muscle and enhance the strength of lower limbs. Stepper pedals are covered with silicone anti-slipping mats to reduce any slipping during exercise. It’s made sturdy and compact measuring 12.6x11.5x7.5” so it’s easily stored when not in use. Attachable arm bands for additional movement are longer than some sets, but not adjustable, probably not much range of movement for the average person… I’m just under 6’ with long arms and found it difficult to get any resistance from them Definitely a recommend. I’ll update to product longevity later.

This stepper is well built, quie, and works right out of the box. Just screw in the stride adjusting knob and attach the exercise pulley bands if you want them and you are ready to go. The included LCD screen is intuitive and easy to use. It keeps up with steps, calories, and time. The pedals are slip resistant and keeping my balance is not a problem. This stepper is compact and stores easily under the desk or a bed.it is advertised to have a weight limit of 330 pounds. I don’t use the pulley straps but they appear a little long for even my 6’1” frame. The stepping operation is very smooth and the stride adjustment works pretty well. This stepper is economically priced and recommended for casual exercise.

I like the compactness of this stepper. I have a stand-up desk, and it fits underneath so I can work and step at the same time. It has a wide base and is quite stable. What I don't like is the noise. When I first started using the stepper, the only noise was from me when I bottomed out. Now, however, it squeaks on every stride. It may be the piston or the rubber mounts. So, logic dictates to lube both. Well, the only thing I had on hand was white lithium grease, which worked for about ten minutes, and then the squeaking started again. I'll try some other type of lube next, hoping it stops the noise. My other complaint is that there is no resistance adjustment. Supposedly, the pedal height can be changed (minimally), but that is not resistance. I want to get my heart rate up without being really energetic when stepping. Bottom line? That is enough to turn me off unless the squeaking is just my unit. I can deal with the resistance.

Overall I like the stepper. It is easy to operate. The resistance is at the right point. It comes in assembled already so only need to hook the bands with the machine and I can start workout immediately. The size is small, so it is great for storage as well. Also, for the similar products online, it is usually $60 plus. This one has a much better price. One thing that make me deduct a star is that the “glue” was still on the machine (as you can see on my pic). I suddenly touched that two part and need to use a napkin to clean it. Hope the manufacturer can pay attention on it in the future. But other than that, it’s a great product.
