It worked well the first two times I used it. I went to use it this evening and the darn thing barely went up 2 inches. There's no phone number to call and speak with anyone! I was so excited and now I am very disappointed ☹️😔😐☹️😔☹️... I am sending it back, I really need something like this since I am not fan of the gym.

Okay to be fair I'm not constant with it but when I use it, it's like a full body workout! I could only do 2 mins at 1st now up to 6 mins & that's a struggle but I sweat so much & feel the burn!! It's all I need for now, I have a home gym but only use this one for now!!

With a desk job it’s hard to get enough steps and exercise. 30 minutes 3/4 days a week and my body is so much happier! 15 minutes is intense but if you put on your favorite show it’s a breeze!

This machine worked great the first two times I used it. When I stepped on for the third time, the pedals had no air resistance/were completely flat, so they would not go up and down. As mentioned in other similar reviews, I am only HALF the maximum weight limit, so I certainly didn't do anything to cause this malfunction.

1. This came used and did not include instructions it was clear the person before me used it till they got bored. 2. The bands are abnormally long and the steppers were stuck in place. 3. I got greasy oil over me. I was super excited to try this and am just overall disappointed and am returning it.
