I only used this mop 3 times. It worked great, then today the water tank just fell apart! The handle snapped off and all the internal parts came loose spilling water all over the floor. I maybe would have been fine with the broken handle but there is no way to get inside the tank to reconnect the pieces and water just pours out the hole. There’s no way to use it now. A WASTE OF $80!!!

First, if anyone out there is also unsure what water to use, I read conflicting info in the documentation and asked the seller who quickly responded with: “This steam mop can be used with either distilled water or tap water, and it doesn't require any chemical cleaning agents.“. I love that water flexibility, and the mop is very lightweight and easy to use! I was able to clean about 200 square feet (2 medium bedrooms) of wood floors with one tank of water, mostly using the high steam setting. I like that is very lightweight and gets the floor (tile & wood) cleaner than a Bona mop, and with much less muscle needed. The number of attachments was a little overwhelming at first, but I spent some time matching each to the documentation and that helped! Plus, almost all the attachments are used in handheld mode only, so the basic floor cleaning doesn’t require you figure out every attachment before getting started.

Works well, quick heat up easy to use. My floors get dirty with 2 large dogs and a white floor. I would have given 5 stars but I do have to keep changing the pads because of streaks, very light weight.

This is a great steam mop really works well an like that it is steam and no chemicals I use filtered water and a little white vinegar and it does a great job clean my LVP floors and the are two steam seeing as well which is nice if you have a stick mess or mark you need to get up the extra steam helps

In my opinion its a good mop, but not a multi tool. If you turn it upside down to steam up high or do windows it will not work. So if you primarily mop its great but ehh.

I purchased the Leiksen Steam Mop because of the reviews and they did not let me down. I used on my hardwood floors which had a film build up over time which resulted in a dull finish. The first time I used the steam mop it took off most of the film. I used it a second time going over the floor slower letting the steam work. It was amazing how my floors turned out. The shine is back and the sticky film is gone. I highly recommend this steam mop and a second bonus is the cost is a bargain for what you get. I also used it to clean my shower window sliding doors. It took of the water marks on the first pass.

Used 3 times and the suction mechanism Inside sealed water canister broke not from use. Worked good the first few times but then part is broken inside and unit is dead.
