It does chat it is suppose to do. Just doing an hour a day 6 days a week, I lose four pounds along with watching what I eat. Highly recommend for people trying to lose weight

It may be just me but from the picture it seems that this stepper would go slightly to the side. It does not It is strictly up and down but an amazing product and a great workout! Really gives the burn to your legs and arms! Not to heavy and easy to move around!

The stepper works really well, but I probably wouldn't have bought it if I knew it was going to spray black grease. The spacers also seem like they're breaking and rubbing the coating off too. It's super squeaky and every step is making it worse
