The media could not be loaded. The machine makes clunking and clanging sounds when you step on the stairs. I followed the instructions to tighten the bolts, remove pressure sleeves, and verified lubrication per instructions from the company, but nothing has helped. In addition, the heart rate monitor does not work.

I has been looking for a stair stepper my husband as a birthday gift. I sat on this for a while wondering if it was too big. It has 5 stars so I made room in my garage and jumped in and bought the machine. They do ship Fed Ex Freight which I was unaware of and had to get my husband help me unbox his own gift. lol. But it was well worth it! Minimal assembly and instructions made it easy to put the rest together. I’ve had it for a week and between the adults in my house we’ve used it multiple times a day. This machine is fantastic and didn’t break the bank!!!! Customer service was great from shipment to delivery.
