Had an issue with the package when delivered…some parts were missing and some broken. I reached out to seller and after a couple emails, I was given option of how I would like the situation best resolved. The sent me out a new unit with a return label for the original one. (it came in a few days probably faster than original order). I give there customer service 5 stars!!! Very powerful vacuum with many attachments. I have only used a few of the attachments but of the ones I have used I have been very pleased. I would give this vacuum 5 star but I just have one issue with it, the hose can collapse upon itself if you do not have it fully extend out when not rolled up. The hose might need to be a little more rigid due to the sucking strength of the vacuum. But even with that I would purchase again knowing the issue. Give the vacuum 4.5 stars since review won’t let me do it. ... show more

I am super disappointed in this vacuum. I gave it five stars for being light weight because it is light weight, but is being light weight a positive for a wall mounted vacuum? It is also more quiet than a shop vac, but that’s where the positives end. The problem is this is NOT a shop/garage vac in any way shape or form. The hose is WAY too small at 1” inside diameter (see photo of wand attached) and the volume of air is WAY too small to be considered any sort of shop or garage vac. I vacuumed out my shop which had 10 or 12 individual dried oak leaves that had blown in when the overhead doors were open. THIS VACUUM WOULD NOT SUCK UP AN INDIVIDUAL DRIED LEAF……The leaf would stick to the wand, you pull the leave off, crush it up and feed it to the vacuum. Even crushing them up didn’t always work….a crushed up leaf clogged the hose! I clogged the hose a half dozen times TRYING to vacuum up stuff that would be no challenge at all for my regular old shop vac. Keep in mind this was brand new out of the box with brand new clean filters. If you want a shop or garage vac save yourself a lot of money and don’t buy this. This would probably make an ok car vacuum, but for what I paid this thing it should be awesome and it’s not. ... show more

I own a high end auto detail shop and mobile operation. After going through many vacuums I could not be happier with this purchase. When I charge close to a grand per detail I want to make sure I am using the best equipment possible. This means that I want my clients to know that I did not just go to a big box store to purchase my equipment. The vacuum not only looks sexy but is one of the best I have used to date. The instructions are very clear and all of the hardware needed to mount is included. It tells you when you need to replace the filter and when it is ready to empty if you are sucking up liquids. The 30+ foot hose is a big plus as it can reach most shops or garages. I was amazed it came with so many useful attachments. I feel like this vacuum had the detailer or auto enthusiast in mind. If the filter is dirty you can wash the filter which is a big plus as you save money down the road. Most of the filters from the competition are close to $50 and start to deteriorate if you try to clean them too many times. The performance of the machine is great for having such a long hose. I accidentally sucked a quarter the first time I used it and it went in the waste canister with great speed. It is very easy to clean as it only takes two levers to loosen up the waste slot. I do a few cars a day and it is still running like a champ. I will update my review if anything changes. So far I have converted a few detailer buddies to them as they are well worth the price. I've owned vacuums at a higher price and I have honestly felt like they have never delivered. This vacuum is priced at a very awesome price for everything you get with it. Highly recommend it. UPDATE 3/10/15 Been meaning to post an update as it has been a year or so. The vacuum is....to say the least...holding up great! It is still on the first filter as I have been washing the outer sock cover and have not had to use the backup filter yet. I have beat this vacuum up as it rides in the bouncy work truck. Only thing as far as exterior is that the plastic is starting to yellow a bit. I'm guessing it might be because it gets sun beat a lot. The attachments have surprisingly held up as I mainly use three of the supplied tools. other than that this vacuum is alive and well after a year. This means a lot since I was burning through 2-3 vacuums a year from the big box stores. I'll be moving into a new shop soon so I'll be buying two more units. ... show more

This vac is very convenient and has enough power for interior car detailing but it’s not overly powerful. It comes with great accessories and hangs conveniently on the wall and has a hanger for the hose. There are more than enough different vacuuming attachments and you will probably never use all of them but they are good to have. The not so great: I have already lost one of my favorite attachments because the holding bag pockets are not big enough or secure so sometimes I put the attachments elsewhere because the keep falling on the floor and the hose is made of stiff plastic so it is hard to store on the supplied hook parts of it sometimes falls off and the last thing is the box clearly says Maintainence tool included, no biggie but there is no maintenance tool included. All in all, I am very satisfied with this vac system and would highly recommended. I don’t think it would be very useful for blow drying the vehicle as power is not as strong but I have a pretty good air dryer already and I barely use it. So no disappointments here. ... show more
