I love it. It works great. The bars on the side are a little small in diameter so I had to order some foam handles so if you have large hands, I would recommend that as well but for the price, it was definitely worth it! Its pretty quiet, assembly wasn’t bad at all.

I just got mine a week ago and I can say it’s very good for the price. One thing I will say is that it is very very heavy. It was left at my front door and we struggled to bring it in. You will need at least 2 to move it. We thought we were missing screws but they were under the stairmaster so we had to remove a panel to get to them. Machine is good, the packaging could’ve been better(misplaced screws)

I don’t ever write reviews but I just had to for this one, I Love this Machine! Easy to set up, the hardest part is taking out of the crate and moving it to the location, machine is VERY heavy! Hubby did all the work lol and delivery guy was able to bring it in my garage upon delivery. Will recommend 10/10

Let me start out by saying that I was very pleased with the shipping. I was expecting to get it in about a week and I got it in two days. Assembly was reasonably simple, it may have taken me 30 minutes but that’s where the pros end. The biggest problem that I found was that in the description it says this machine ranges as low as 15 steps per minute since I’m a bigger guy I wanted something that could work with me since I’m out of shape. However, I went into this with the expectation of doing 15 per minute and ended up doing about 60 steps per minute on the first setting. Keep in mind the weight capacity is 375 pounds and I’m 350 pounds. Since I’m not a professional and I don’t make these machines I figured if I’m under the weight capacity, then everything should be fine, but I realized that because I am heavier it seems like the motor has a difficult time slowing down the momentum of my steps. This was proven to me when I had my brother-in-law get on the machine and he came in at 27 steps per minute and he weighs around 200 pounds. All of the other cons are blunders on my part because I assumed these machines typically came with a fan somewhere to put your phone and controls where you put your hands which this has none of the above so I won’t knock it too much for that because it never said that it did.

This is like commercial gym stair stepper . Very good and heavy product it appears like good quality. However , I didn’t use it as I was not smart enough to measure my room door making sure it would go true - was thinking for “home gym” lol it will fit :( lesson learned . I am just posting this if you planning to put this in the room check size prior buying as it’s heck of a lot of work un-crating /unpacking and Crating/packing it back to return! 💪 ( it comes in a big wooden crate ) if anyone has some good quality stair stepper that is smaller in width please recommend it !
