Product arrived with broken clip that connects monitor to screen. Machine will not work. Amazon sent me an email address to manufacture and I received a return back email. I am out of options and at a loss.

    • Great Value, Heavy machine!
This machine comes mostly put together. It was delivered in a plywood box with the body of the machine put together; all you have to do is put the handlebars on. The problem is that it was delivered in my driveway, and I had to pay a moving company to move it into the home. It is too heavy for me and my husband. Be aware, it is a great machine, but you will need help moving it. The machine itself is great, but the delivery process, delivering it in my driveway in front of the garage door, limiting me from being able to move my car in and out of the garage, caused some problems. I had no choice but to hire a moving company to move it into the home. Also, measure it because the machine did not fit in my doorways; I had to use my patio door to get the machine into the home, and I can only put the machine in a room that has a wide enough door. Also, the machine was scheduled for delivery on a certain date, and I had planned on being available to direct the movers, but they delivered days prior without notification. The machine is great and a value for the money, just be aware and prepared to move it to the area you want and make sure to take measurements so you know if it will fit in the door ways. It’s super heavy and awkward. Originally planned to put it in the basement with the rest of the workout stuff, but it ended up being too difficult to get down the stairs safely. We tried lifting straps, the cross body kind. We tried a dolly (had to be modified due to how awkward it is). If I had one more person willing to stand beneath it, maybe it would have been ok. I don’t think I could have done somebody willing to do it and I wasn’t going to insist. Definitely a budget stairmill. There are exposed chains on either side of the steps so be wary of small children while you use it… Additionally, it drips blue grease from the chains. I have a black floor mat underneath it now. It is a legit stair mill and kicks your butt. ... show more

Instructions emphasize using the correct steps for each side, but came with two left foot steps so the machine tilts slightly when stepping on the right side. Everything else seems to be fine

The machine looked great out of the box, but unfortunately, it never ran and instead immediately displayed an E01 error. There was no mention of this error in the manual or on the manufacturer’s website. After contacting Amazon support, I was told that E01 likely indicates a dead motor. Important Warning: I purchased this item during Prime Day at a discount. Despite it being “Shipped and Sold by Amazon,” they refused to issue a replacement, which contradicts the return policy listed for this product. I had read other reviews and understood I was buying a large and heavy item so none of that was unexpected. However, it seems I received a lemon, and I wanted others to know this is possible to have the same thing happen to you. More importantly, be aware of Amazon’s stance on honoring their return/replacement policy, even when they are the seller. ... show more
