Very good home stair climber. Easy to assemble, took about 15 minutes. Noise level is quiet compared to commercial. Very sturdy and good build quality. Resistance is great and value is excellent when comparing to commercial machines. This thing is HEAVY. You’ll need 2 people minimum to move it. My only complaint was the delivery company left it at the end of my driveway and I had to pull to in shipping crate to get it to my house because of the weight. Make sure to specify to freight company exactly where you want it and be there for delivery. Where I asked for it to be placed was nowhere close to where they dropped it off. ... show more

Product arrived with broken clip that connects monitor to screen. Machine will not work. Amazon sent me an email address to manufacture and I received a return back email. I am out of options and at a loss.

    • Great Value, Heavy machine!
This machine comes mostly put together. It was delivered in a plywood box with the body of the machine put together; all you have to do is put the handlebars on. The problem is that it was delivered in my driveway, and I had to pay a moving company to move it into the home. It is too heavy for me and my husband. Be aware, it is a great machine, but you will need help moving it. The machine itself is great, but the delivery process, delivering it in my driveway in front of the garage door, limiting me from being able to move my car in and out of the garage, caused some problems. I had no choice but to hire a moving company to move it into the home. Also, measure it because the machine did not fit in my doorways; I had to use my patio door to get the machine into the home, and I can only put the machine in a room that has a wide enough door. Also, the machine was scheduled for delivery on a certain date, and I had planned on being available to direct the movers, but they delivered days prior without notification. The machine is great and a value for the money, just be aware and prepared to move it to the area you want and make sure to take measurements so you know if it will fit in the door ways. Stepper was delivered about 3 weeks ago and I’ve done about 5 workouts on this stepper and works just as good as the life fitness and matrix versions at commercial gyms. Did research for over 6 months and always came back to this unit. Hoping unit was last for a long time!

Really wished this product came with better instructions on how to actually assemble it. A fourth grader might have wrote the instructions.

Instructions emphasize using the correct steps for each side, but came with two left foot steps so the machine tilts slightly when stepping on the right side. Everything else seems to be fine
