Assembly of this stair climber was pretty easy and straightforward. Just follow the clear instructions. One thing to note is that the "steps" where you put your feet do slide up and down on the frame. As such, there is a clear, silicone grease lubricant on the frame in this area that is covered in the packaging. Others have noted this in their reviews and wiped it clean. Do not do that. The steps need that lubricant to slide up and down easily. So, just be careful during assembly to not touch the lubricant (it won't hurt you) to keep it in place. Overall, this machine is really robust. I weight 240 lbs, right near the advertised weight limit. It holds me fine and I don't feel unsafe when using the machine. It feels very solid. Yet, it's not too heavy that you can't move it around your home gym easily. I was a bit skeptical of the design at first. I am an engineer and always like to understand how things work. The "steps" are connected through an elastic band, which helps to pull one up as the other is pushed down. I thought that this would make the effort needed entirely too easy. Boy was I wrong! It works and works really well. You will really start feeling it in your legs within just a minute of use. It definitely gives you a good workout! I want to get into shape for hikes and mountain climbing requiring a lot of uphills and this stair climber is going to be just perfect for that! I would definitely recommend this piece of home gym equipment. It looks simple, but it's still robust and effective.

I’ve been using this vertical climber for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! Assembly was straightforward and took about 30 minutes with the included instructions. The frame feels very sturdy, even during intense workouts, and it doesn’t wobble like some cheaper models I’ve tried in the past. Easy installation and good machine for cardio at home. It gets the heart going and preps your muscles for a good and complete workout. The digital monitor is a great add-on which tracks calories, RPM, and more. I gave it a 4 star because I think there are some things that could make it better. The foot rests are small and makes me feel like I am on my tippy toes the whole time. There is really no restraint and only one level of incline and no way to adjust.

So far I think this is exactly a good start for anyone trying to get back into shape and get cardio back. Super easy to put together. I did it myself in about 15/20 minutes. I’m 44, female, and the saying I use to hear in my prime, “just wait! That will end one day before you know it!”. Of course I didn’t believe it! Before 41 when I could eat whatever I wanted and not exersize, be in perfect shape has hit that brick wall of middle age reality. I did this stair stepper for the first minute and OUCH!! I could not believe what I was getting myself into the next 5 minutes. I forced myself to do that for 5 minutes with 20/30 second breaks in between to curse a little to give myself the push to finish the last few minutes and I’m sweating!!!! Currently 172 lbs, 5’ 6” and just trying to lose a few inches in my waste and get back to at least 155 is my goal. I think this is going to do the trick. Hoping to get some energy back to!!! I recommend this on day 1. Good value for money and private, no gym membership!!!

Absolutely in love with this machine! SUPER easy to set up and use. You immediately feel the pressure in your thighs the moment you begin using it. I was sweating like if the sun was pissed off shining inside my room! 😮💨 It definitely gives you a nice workout. I would really recommend it. Worth the price and lightweight but not to the point where you feel you might fall. Unless you suffer from vertigo then I don’t recommend this machine. Only because it’s a bit high but it also depends on your height. My arms can literally touch the ceiling when I’m on it. So far 9/10 only because it’s freshly new and I’m hoping there’s no damages with further use. Not noisy at all and the functionality is super smooth and at the same time sturdy. Definitely a calorie burner. Also really easy to fold and put away anywhere. It will fit pretty much any spot and won’t be on the way.

I’ve been using the Workout Machine for a week now, The frame feels solid and stable, so I never worry about wobbling, The adjustable handlebar makes it comfortable for different heights in my household, and the motion is smooth and natural, giving a great cardio burn while engaging both upper and lower body muscles.It’s also surprisingly compact, so it doesn’t take up too much space, and it folds up easily when I’m done. In just 20–30 minutes, I can get a sweat that feels like an hour at the gym.
