I’m using this for a non-normal job of pulling my plane up a slight incline and back into the hanger. Post knee replacement my ability to push it up hill has been a little diminished. With the cordless control in my hand this winch is perfect. Not to fast and in fact it is a bit slow but I’d rather have it slow than too quick where I need to worry about possible damage. Installation straight forward, no problems, took a couple hours. The winch mounting holes lined up with my kymco's factory plate so the plate sent with winch not needed for my machine. Winch works good, no complaints at this time.

Lucky i am handy , as the manual had 8 pages of cover their ass safety instruction but 1 page of hook up that did not cover the wiring very well, color coding was different than the manual , terminals not labeled etc.. no info on use of the remotes, (did not work), had to search you tube to find out you have to hold 2 buttons down to activate and shut down. bolts for the control / solenoid did not fit the bracket , and has no water / dust cover? otherwise quality of components seems good , thick wires no fuse for the heavy positive wire. ... show more

This is a very durable and powerful wench. replaced this on My ATV and it works flawless. I use this to lift a snow blade and its works perfect. I would recommend using a pully and clevises for the snow blade to reduce the stress on the motor.
