I wish this pot had a domed lid that I could optionally invert if necessary for pot storage. Instead the lid is completely flat with the glass slightly below the pot rim. Maybe it's of little consequence but now I have to be directly over the pot to see what's going on inside. Otherwise the construction is excellent and I'm sure I will get used to it.

I put the pot and lid through my dishwasher and it came out clean and shiny. I like that it can go into the oven, the pot at over 400 degrees and the lid at 250 degres. Heat seemed to be distrivuted evenly. Yes, I recommend this pot. The price was good also for a 3 Qt pot with lid.

I have been replacing all the non-stick and aluminum pots, pans and skillets that don't work with my induction stove top and I purchased one of these 3 quart pots. I love it. Nicely built and I suspect it will last the rest of my life. Thick walls and bottom, stainless steel and easy to clean. I have extremely hard water so I do get water stains on the pot but a quick scrub with Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser (ASIN: B07JGZ1XSP) and it looks like brand new! I love this pot so much, I bought another and I'm glad I did. They are now a bit over a year old but look fantastic. I am now considering one of the larger pots even though I already have some big ones just because of the super quality of the 3 qt pot. BTW, I've heard a ticking noise when the pot/lid is getting hot or when they are cooling down. I'm pretty sure it's the lid. It's expanding and contracting with the heating or cooling process. I also hear it when I open the dishwasher after the cycle has completed and the dishes are still really hot from the drying part. As I said, it's been over a year since my purchase and everything is still perfect so I'm not worried. Edit: 5/10/23 Still beautiful and in perfect condition. I just ordered a THIRD one!! All too often I find I'm using both of these pots at the same time and I feel almost offended when I have to use some other pot I have! I love these pots and I'll be able to pass one to each of my kids once I'm done with them. It's SO nice to find something of such high quality. I love shopping on Amazon, but it seems like I have to return one out of three things cuz they are junk. Not so with this pot. Love, love, love!!!! Oh, and BTW and FWIW. I got diddly for this review. Nothing free, no kick backs, no Vine thing. Just an incredibly satisfied customer.
