The hair is legit. If you don’t know how to use it just say that. Once I got the hair no smell, no issues. No weak spots, not heavy. I did a burn test and it’s legit. I then soaked it in ACV and baking soda. Shampooed with Biosilk. Then let sit in boiling hot water with the Biosilk conditioner for 1 hour. Once dry I installed. I have 162 instalocked. No complaints. Don’t hesitate and don’t give bad reviews if you’ve just don’t know what you’re buying. I do suggest you part your hair and buy based on how many parts you have because I didn’t and had to buy 2 packs.

This hair was absolutely amazing. I loved it. My client loved it. It was very easy to install and the locks were very strong. Very durable. I did not have to do a detox. There was no smell or a residue i definitely recommend, and I will be purchasing again.

The media could not be loaded. My mom wanted to loc her hair and do the extensions so we went with these based on the reviews . The finish product turned out nice. The hair is very stiff and scratchy upon arrival. I boiled the hair in a shampoo/ apple cider vinegar mix for 5 minuets and then I soaked it in hot water diluted with apple cider vinegar until the water cooled and then I washed the hair. That took away some of the stiffness. The hair did come with a locking needle and a rat tail comb. Mind you, I am a self-taught stylist and this was my first ever attempt at locing and also doing loc extensions. But I think it turned out very well. I would recommend this hair.

I like that the hair feels very natural, however to some there may be a period of getting used to the texture of the hair against the scalp/along the neck. Overall, great look, great quality, great product.

I recently combed out my locs after 5 years to restart my foundation and didn’t want to start from scratch after trimming my hair. The photos show initial instal, first twist and style, after taking down my twists and finally post 1st wash. I purchased 4 packs of 20 in 8”, 10”, 12” & 14”. Initially they were itchy and still so I soaked them in a shampoo/ACV/baking soda bath for 30 minutes first. I lifted the original dark color with a bleach bath (1 part bleach powder, 2 parts developer and 3 parts shampoo) for 20 minute increments until I reached the desired lift without risking integrity of the loc. They locs were stiff before the bleach bath but softened a bit after rinsing. After I colored with an Adore rinse (Cinnamon, Cajun Spice & Paprika) to gain this color. I installed them with the braiding and wrap method (found on NappStarr, IG or YouTube channel). 2 weeks after install I washed my hair for a retwist and none have slipped out. The locs are also softer and less itchy. Patience is the name of the game. I will purchase from here in the future.

This hair is not human hair, it is scratchy and rough. I washed several time to get rid of the roughness but it did nothing. I had them on for 2 weeks, I will be removing them this weekend. What a waste.

So as a whole These lots were perfectly made they were definitely true to size and length in length. But the only problem the problem that I had with these is I bought the initial 70 locks that came in a bundle and just to be on the cautious side I decided to buy the 2nd option option of purchasing 20 additional locks ox and the only issue was the the 20 additional ones that were added to it We're not the same locks at all. The 20 extra ones were definitely machine made and they did not match the same consistency as the other locks. I was definitely unsatisfied with that at being is that I was having them added to my hair and they definitely looked distinctively different. So to anyone purchasing the 2nd option please make sure that you veer on the cautious side Of that period otherwise the locks were great the handmaid ones were definitely easy to attach they had plenty of Loose hair at the tips that made it easier to blend in with my natural hair. ****Update**** had to remove due to intense itching and scalp burning*** PLEASE PLEASE do a loc test before putting them all in your head. I had to start from the beginning. 12yrs chopped.
