Nice in home sauna! While it looks large it doesn't take up too much room. It's easy to set up and easy to use. I like that I have my own home detox sauna now and don't have to go to a spa or gym for one.

This sauna in a box was surprisingly large. It heated up quickly. The chair is nothing to write home about, but it does increase the value. The unfortunate part is that the chair has parts that will enviably rust, so keep that in mind. The chair will also not support extra large individuals. So keep that in mind as well. The sauna did set up very quickly. That was nice. It did get nice and steamy quickly. I am happy with the durability of the frame. Again, I am worried that over time we will have rust issues, but for now, considering the price and everything that came with it, it is a good value.

Going into this, I was skeptical. I had never tried one of these portable sauna home kits before so I wasn't sure how effective they were, or if they could even stack up well to the steam room at the gym. This set was very easy to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. There was a bit of finagling to get the cover on just right, but after a tad of convincing it was all good to go. The included steamer takes about ~8 minutes to get up to temperature and putting out vapor. Once it does, it easily fills up the tent and makes for the expected spa like experience! Just like at a real steam room, I had to jump out after ~20 minutes since it was so hot and humid! Definitely effective! There is also a lot for the price here. The steamer and tent of course, but also the chair and a remote control. One potential concern is upkeep and cleanliness over time, especially considering that you are sweating. The unit does come with a thin mat that goes on the floor that lifts right out, so in theory it should be easy to keep clean. That said, I wonder how well all of the moisture will make it out each time to keep things sanitary. In order to avoid any possible issues, I have started to place a towel on the floor and the chair each time I use the sauna in order to try and prevent any and all moisture from landing on the floor as much as possible (alongside running the bathroom vent fan where I have the unit located, keeping the door flap open 100% after use, and spraying down the chair afterwards in the shower. Overall it works perfectly.

This thing is great! First thing though, it's a bit tricky to get the cover on. The frame is incredibly easy to put together and the directions are basic. Not a problem there. The struggle came with getting the cover on. I'm sure you could do it with on person, but it's definitely easier with 2, just because it's a bit large and awkward. The cover fits SUPER tightly around the frame, which was the biggest struggle. We had to really pull hard, but carefully, to snuggly fit the frame into the seams. Once we got it on, zipping around the frame was also a little difficult, and you can see how tightly it pulls around them in one of my pictures. Besides that though, the rest of the thing is easy to put together. The cord could benefit from being a bit longer, but otherwise, this works really well. For the trial run, I took it for 20 minutes at level 9 (level goes from 1-9 and time from 5-99 minutes). It heated up super quick and got nice and steamy within maybe 2 minutes. The window is nice to have, as when I got a little too warm, I would just unzip it a little and poke my head out for a few. The chair it comes with is a basic camp chair and it's comfortable enough. Overall, we REALLY like this. Longevity I can't testify to because we only just got it, but immediate thoughts are 5 stars and we are happy to have gotten this.
