I have seen these knives back when they were sold by people in the phone. These are a far cry from what those knives use to be. These are very thin! The metal on the knives are thin and even if you sharpen them Im not sure how long they would last. They are also very short knives. There is a lack of any real knives made for doing the heavy work in the kitchen. I feel like I should be giving this set to a kid. I would invest a knives set that has much more substance to it. They're sharp knives that cut really well. There was a minor cosmetic imperfection on one of the paring knives. One of the steak knives had some blade rolls up by the handle. Overall great. Especially great when they're on sale.
