So I was bragging about how excited I was to be able to have a countertop electric smoker. So I pull it out the 📦 like see. I’m the king of Kitchens. Anyway I put batteries in and I put my chips in that had been soaking. The top got hot. It caught 🔥. I went to pick it up to move it the chips fell out on the ground still smoking. I liked the smoky taste it gives a Bourbon Old Fashion. I dislike the thin plastic disk that sits on the glass. It has to be held down firmly against the glass while smoking or it leaks too much smoke & flips off the top.
