The control panel takes some getting used to, but once you understand what to do it’s fairly easy. That aside? I love literally everything else about this. Huge capacity. Super easy to clean and disassemble. It gets very cold - I have been able to make slushes from just about everything. Juice, soda (even sugar free), drink mixes, coffee, milkshakes, alcoholic beverages. Every single time they’ve turned out perfectly. It’s also not overly loud in my opinion. It looks nice, and honestly I think it’s a great alternative to the considerably more expensive Ninja variant. It takes a little while to freeze depending on what you’re doing, but if you plan ahead a tiny bit there shouldn’t be any issues.

Not worth it. It's pretty noisy , does not freeze or make items like it says it will. You have to adjust the temperature to be way colder than what the recipe calls for. Easy to clean but does leak... I am in the process of returning mine.

Easy to setup and easy to clean. The dole whip was perfect on the ice cream setting. Have made kool Aid slushies that turned out fantastic. The machine is heavy and does require a bit of space. Overall I would recommend and purchase again.

This machine works good when you find the correct setting. Difficult to determine what setting the machine will work in. machine will work in. Doesn't seem to work at all on pre- programed settings.

I love this machine! It may take a little practice to get your recipe just right to reach the desired consistency but it is a great machine and a great value. The recipe book that is included also gives you some basic recipes for success. I am having a blast with this machine and am looking forward to trying more recipes! And, the delivery was right on time as usual!

Two weeks in and this thing is running awesomely. I've used it to make slushy, milkshakes, and ice cream and all three were excellent. It's almost. completely assembled when you get it. It's super easy to clean when you're done. It is so easy to operate, you literally push two buttons, one to turn it on, one to decide what kind of treat you wanna make. I've used it with premade slushy syrups, I've used it with freshly squeezed juice and water and agave syrup to make my healthy slushies, straight Gatorade, and straight soda, in addition to the milk and blackberry juice milkshakes that I made. The whole family loves this machine and I'm not kidding, it's on basically 24 hours a day ready to pour slushies. I'm glad that I saved some money and didn't get the one named after the clandestine martial artists with throwing stars and got this one instead it's got a really high capacity and I can't go on about how easy it is to use and the biggest thing: the results are extremely consistent, consistently awesome! I kid you not my new blood type is blue raspberry!
