Two weeks in and this thing is running awesomely. I've used it to make slushy, milkshakes, and ice cream and all three were excellent. It's almost. completely assembled when you get it. It's super easy to clean when you're done. It is so easy to operate, you literally push two buttons, one to turn it on, one to decide what kind of treat you wanna make. I've used it with premade slushy syrups, I've used it with freshly squeezed juice and water and agave syrup to make my healthy slushies, straight Gatorade, and straight soda, in addition to the milk and blackberry juice milkshakes that I made. The whole family loves this machine and I'm not kidding, it's on basically 24 hours a day ready to pour slushies. I'm glad that I saved some money and didn't get the one named after the clandestine martial artists with throwing stars and got this one instead it's got a really high capacity and I can't go on about how easy it is to use and the biggest thing: the results are extremely consistent, consistently awesome! I kid you not my new blood type is blue raspberry!

Awesome machine. This certainly rivals the Ninja slushie, especially at a lower price point than the slushie. Like anything else, it takes time to freeze your liquid. It is easier to refrigerate the liquid before pouring it into the machine, as the machine doesn't have to chill warm liquid. For myself, anyway, it is super easy to clean the machine. Sometimes these machines can be difficult to clean, but this one is fairly easy. If you have large hands, it may be a bit more difficult. I have yet to encounter any water leakage. I believe this is due in part by the catch tray inside the unit to capture the water and prevent a mess. The unit is very quiet; most times don't even notice it running. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Already got a friend looking into it.

It’s been a hot summer so far and my kids had been buying icy drinks from the store everyday lately. I finally decided to get this to give them something fun to play around with and save them some spare money especially when you have multiple kids in the house. As soon as I got this, my daughter installed it onto my kitchen table and got it working super easily, so definitely not hard to install. Was able to wash all the parts without a problem before using. The design is so modern and sleek that I feel like a professional while making it yet it’s only just a push of a button. Very professional quality. The lock handle is easy to navigate to smoothly hold the container in place and the dispenser you just twist open when you’re ready to drink the slushie. Once you pour in the drink of your desire, you choose the option of drink you want whether it’s a slushie, milkshake, ice cream and etc. I poured four cans of soda on my first try to make frozen cola and it worked wonders. Success on my first try and the kids were so amazed. At first the slushiness came out watery but I just adjusted the temp a little bit and it immediately became icier. So far we’ve only made slushies but definitely looking forward to making ice cream another day. I think this would be very nice to have when you have a party during the summer. So glad to have gotten this.

Where to start I’ve been making Slurpee/slushy for many years. I have a ugalini professional machine, which cost me $3000 works wonderful. Thought I would buy this one for when it’s just me and my wife are not a party boy was I wrong product does not freeze was store-bought mudslide mix no additional alcohol added I did however add 25% water to make up for the store bought being a concentrate I’ve done this many times before in my professional model Then attempted to make ice cream got more of a creamy. Don’t even think of trying to use an ice cream cone mixture a bowl at best. Ice cream took over an hour. Slushy never happened next control panel very un user friendly. You’ll have to press buttons about 10 times to get with you actually want product has good intentions just not well designed and absolutely needs to get colder.
