Use it every day. Very easy to clean. Ice cream is softer than I would like but hey, no need to freeze canisters. If slush gets too cold, starts making sticking noises. Would never leave it running unattended. Control panel is usable but Uber cheap.

This slushie and soft serve is an amazing machine. Easy to use and it clean up in just a few minutes. You can pay $299-$349 for a Ninja or you can get this machine for a lot less. Love it

Wanted to love this but it has been nothing but frustration. Worked on Christmas morning after first opened, then didn’t work again. Company sent a new one after some technical support and troubleshooting. Same thing happened with the second one, (binding up and freezing, making very loud noises before grinding to a halt) and now they refuse to replace or refund, so I’m just out the money now with a disappointed child.

Two weeks in and this thing is running awesomely. I've used it to make slushy, milkshakes, and ice cream and all three were excellent. It's almost. completely assembled when you get it. It's super easy to clean when you're done. It is so easy to operate, you literally push two buttons, one to turn it on, one to decide what kind of treat you wanna make. I've used it with premade slushy syrups, I've used it with freshly squeezed juice and water and agave syrup to make my healthy slushies, straight Gatorade, and straight soda, in addition to the milk and blackberry juice milkshakes that I made. The whole family loves this machine and I'm not kidding, it's on basically 24 hours a day ready to pour slushies. I'm glad that I saved some money and didn't get the one named after the clandestine martial artists with throwing stars and got this one instead it's got a really high capacity and I can't go on about how easy it is to use and the biggest thing: the results are extremely consistent, consistently awesome! I kid you not my new blood type is blue raspberry!

We love this machine. It works perfectly. It comes with very clear and easy to fallow instructions so we haven’t had any issues. I highly recommend this machine. I was afraid it would be one of those thing you order but only use a couple of times a year but with so many options I can’t imagine that happening. We use it constantly. We’ve only had it a few days and with all the different drinks we’ve made for hardly any money we’ve probably already made our money back. If you’re on the fence then get it! You won’t be disappointed. Wanted to update. We did have an issue with the machine but their customer service is on point. They are sending us a new machine. We are even more impressed with them now. If your looking for a slushy machine at a reasonable price and great customer service not to mention easy to follow instructions and awesome slushies look no further this is the one.

Love the machine works great makes smooth delicious drink only complaint is the buttons are extremely hard to press and the unit does leak littleso keep a cup under the spout.... Would have given it 5 stars otherwise

The control panel takes some getting used to, but once you understand what to do it’s fairly easy. That aside? I love literally everything else about this. Huge capacity. Super easy to clean and disassemble. It gets very cold - I have been able to make slushes from just about everything. Juice, soda (even sugar free), drink mixes, coffee, milkshakes, alcoholic beverages. Every single time they’ve turned out perfectly. It’s also not overly loud in my opinion. It looks nice, and honestly I think it’s a great alternative to the considerably more expensive Ninja variant. It takes a little while to freeze depending on what you’re doing, but if you plan ahead a tiny bit there shouldn’t be any issues.
