Use it every day. Very easy to clean. Ice cream is softer than I would like but hey, no need to freeze canisters. If slush gets too cold, starts making sticking noises. Would never leave it running unattended. Control panel is usable but Uber cheap.

This slushie and soft serve is an amazing machine. Easy to use and it clean up in just a few minutes. You can pay $299-$349 for a Ninja or you can get this machine for a lot less. Love it

This was a gift, so it took a while to attempt the first drink. Upon the first use, the metal never got cold enough to freeze anything. I tried brining the liquid to near freezing by placing in the refrigerator. I poured the now cold liquid into the machine. It still never got below 10 degrees Celsius. I followed all troubleshooting instructions. When I attempted to lock the vessel in place, the container lock handle was so flimsy that it broke off. I regret not buying the Ninja, and wasting 180.

Two weeks in and this thing is running awesomely. I've used it to make slushy, milkshakes, and ice cream and all three were excellent. It's almost. completely assembled when you get it. It's super easy to clean when you're done. It is so easy to operate, you literally push two buttons, one to turn it on, one to decide what kind of treat you wanna make. I've used it with premade slushy syrups, I've used it with freshly squeezed juice and water and agave syrup to make my healthy slushies, straight Gatorade, and straight soda, in addition to the milk and blackberry juice milkshakes that I made. The whole family loves this machine and I'm not kidding, it's on basically 24 hours a day ready to pour slushies. I'm glad that I saved some money and didn't get the one named after the clandestine martial artists with throwing stars and got this one instead it's got a really high capacity and I can't go on about how easy it is to use and the biggest thing: the results are extremely consistent, consistently awesome! I kid you not my new blood type is blue raspberry!

I've had this product for 7 months now. Its awesome. I make coffee frappes at least 3x a week. Multiple times made margaritas and rum tropical slushies. I tried wine and super good. and of course when grandkids visit all kinds of slushies. I've tried soft serve several times with different recipes. Always taste great, just a little too soft for cones. Haven't given up yet. ITs super easy to clean too. Just a little quick wash by hand with dish soap and wipe down cylinder. But best of all is the customer service. Reached out for tips and response super quick. I just recently cracked (probably my fault) the spout and company sent a whole new vessel no charge. HIGHLY recommend this machine.

This machine works good when you find the correct setting. Difficult to determine what setting the machine will work in. machine will work in. Doesn't seem to work at all on pre- programed settings.

What a great machine. We have been using this everyday since it arrived ! My son loves this and loves making slushies for him and his friends! Only lost a star due to the cleaning handle being broken on arrival. But other thank that it’s been perfection for our family. We are able to have our slushie ready in 40 mins each time!

The control panel takes some getting used to, but once you understand what to do it’s fairly easy. That aside? I love literally everything else about this. Huge capacity. Super easy to clean and disassemble. It gets very cold - I have been able to make slushes from just about everything. Juice, soda (even sugar free), drink mixes, coffee, milkshakes, alcoholic beverages. Every single time they’ve turned out perfectly. It’s also not overly loud in my opinion. It looks nice, and honestly I think it’s a great alternative to the considerably more expensive Ninja variant. It takes a little while to freeze depending on what you’re doing, but if you plan ahead a tiny bit there shouldn’t be any issues.
