  • Cute but broke almost right away
Color: Pink
A little difficult because the tripod is so short. A piece broke right away but didn’t make it unusable. The little one I gave it to loved it.

  • Cute
Color: Pink
It broke really fast. My granddaughter probably used it twice before it started breaking. As they say you get what you pay for 😊

  • Very cute and kid-friendly product for little explorers
Color: Multi-color
I bought this for my 5+ and 3+ year olds who love to explore. They are a rowdy crew but the telescope is very kid-friendly–comes already set to magnify without a dial to turn and has a light blocking area around the eyes that they can fit their head right into. I was also pleasantly surprised at the ease of set-up with the mount, which you can use or not-use depending on your child's preference. The boys have been carrying it all over the house and are able to use both inside and outside. The scope works up to 100 ft, which is very impressive. Overall we were happy with the quality for the price. My only issue was the durability of the tripod, its a lot lighter than the telescope and may not hold up well being dragged around from place to place–luckily its not a necessary piece of the toy. I'd definitely recommend and will purchase again as a gift. ... show more

  • Great for nature walks around the block!
Color: Multi-color
My 3-year-old was so excited to use his colorful new telescope, but didn't understand the concept of it at first. However, he quickly adapted and got a handle of it after a few tries. We originally tested it indoors but realized everything was too close, so we moved it to the balcony. We were able to rest it on the ledge and he quickly said, "I see the doggy's legs" haha. He also had fun looking at cars passing by. We took it outdoors on our walk and here he is looking at a tow truck in the distance. The legs are short, so we either have to prop it up on something for a standing position, or have him squat on the floor. But the telescope easily swivels up and down and side to side, allowing him to maneuver it on his own. He still needs help with it, but overall is having a blast exploring with it! ... show more

  • Great Preschool, Starter Telescope
Color: Multi-color
We ordered this on a Wednesday and it got here earlier than expected with the COVID, nonessential delivery schedule. Our kiddo loves it, and I'm not sure why there's hate for it here. When we opened it, they thought the instructions were a book and made us read it, so maybe that helped, but we find it useful and fun for them. A few things to know/note: It isn't designed for adult eyes, as the pamphlet says, so as an adult you can only see out one eye at a time, not both. The other thing is the magnification is larger than you may think, so you might be seeing something really close up and not recognizing it at all (this happened when we tried inside the house, we were looking at the wall but couldn't figure that out, so when we adjusted and looked further away, the trees outside, it was clearly the trees out of the window), so there is a bit of a learning curve (it took us about 15 minutes with a patient toddler) to help them figure out but once we got it and explained it to them, it's been a great and durable purchase (they're patient, not careful). We look at the birds, the clouds, and the moon when we can. I'd recommend it! ... show more
