This is garbage. If you want "I kind of want slushies" then this is the machine for you. The machine will not change from "slushie" preset to other presets. We have tried everything in the manual and then "recipes" in the recipe book to select another setting. I found a manual on line thinking it might be different. We followed all the instructions and guidelines. We even tried to contact customer support. There was no contact information in the manual. I found a forum on line and found others with the same problem. So what we have is a machine that won't make any slushies, even on the preset slushie selection. It only runs for about 10 - 15 minutes and then stops with no true slushie end product. I am sorry I wasted my money on this as a Christmas gift for our family. We tried and tried to make this work with no success. Very excited children to very disappointed children. So disappointed. I would give negative stars if that was a possibility.

About this for my daughter for Christmas because she wanted a slushy maker that she didn’t have to put ice in. She put her favorite juice in the machine and was very pleased with the results.

I love my slushy machine.But sometimes it does not work or slushy.The correct way I think you have to take the slushie out as soon as it's slushy and not let it sit, because then it turns back into liquid form

Definitely recommend it very good price and have used it so many times. The spiked apple cider slush was the best so far. I would give it ten stars if I could. Just keep in mind you have to have the right amount of sugar since alcohol doesn't freeze so pay attention.yo the the alcohol percentage and do some taste test.. ( rule of thumb if it isntt slushing like you would like just add sugar or juice). Overall the best thing I have purchased all year.

Straight out of the box and I should have known it was going to be a disaster. Right out the box I noticed there was residue in the tank like it has been used. After cleaning and plugging in there's this error code E02. After looking up error code for this slushie maker, it seems as though the motor has gone out. Returning ASAP

This machine is awesome! The slushies with red koolaid were awesome for the kids and done in about 15 minutes. The spiked slushies were even better and took just a few minutes longer! Just remember to use sugar drinks so it will freeze. Excellent buy!!!!

Very easy set up!! I have already used it a couple of times for pina colada’s and margaritas. Supper easy and comes with a recipe book! I highly recommend this device!
