Works as promised! I put it right to work for our annual neighborhood Cinco de Mayo party and had both buckets making Margaritas. Ended up having to reload both buckets, and it just kept on working!! My only note of concern is a humorous one. Both handles are labeled with the word "PUSH". The problem is, you actually have to "PULL" the handle to have the beverage dispense. To remedy any confusion on our guests' part, we quickly made some labels with the proper action. OMG!!!! I can't tell you how much I love this machine. In the past, I loved stopping at the local convenience store and getting a slushie for the drive home. Hey! After a hard day at work, a little treat makes you feel better. I have not tried the other functions of this machine besides making slushies. I purchased syrup from Webrestaurant.com. They have 6 flavors of Jolly Rancher syrup that are my all time favorite flavors. They are not cheap like this machine, but well worth the price. The machine itself works great! The instructions are easy to follow and clean up is easy. The machine will have you a delicious slushie made in less than thirty minutes. I purchased the slushie syrup from a third party vendor. If you search on the internet, there are several places that sell it by the gallon or half gallon. It's not very cheap, but well worth it for the amount of different flavors to choose from. For adults, a little bit of alcohol is wonderful for those hot summer nights. The machine is not very loud, but does make a low hum as it turns and makes your drink. I've had this machine for 3 months now and have not noticed any signs of wear and tear. Seems like a pretty solid piece of equipment. Highly recommend. ... show more

This bad boy is a Monster!!! In a good way. Very sturdy, It's a commercial Slushy machine, it's double the quantity of Slushy to be made . Its well worth the money! The Only things I had a problem with was setting the temperature correctly, I know next time it needs to be -9 c in order to get the good texture , Easy to clean . ... show more

Leaked from day one. Tried to return but it wasn't covered under Amazon's A-Z return policy. Dealt with the manufacturer who didn't want to let me return it. They offered me some money ($150) to not return it and have a repairman fix it for us. Reluctantly I agreed. Finally found someone who could work on the product and they basically said it was a manufacturer defect and couldn't be repaired. We have a small business and have purchased other slush machines before that were wonderful, but this one was very poorly made, leaked from the beginning, and has been nothing but a headache. ... show more

The unit is nicely made though it could use a few design upgrades such as the lid where the drink mix is added should have slots on the bottom as well as the ends, this would allow the drink mix to be added a bit faster with out it spilling over the side of the machine. The touch pad control should be re- located to the side of the machine because it is susceptible to accidental touch causing a menu change or a shut down and finally it either needs a bigger spigot opening or the paddles on the mixing auger that pushes out the slush should be a bit more aggressive in order to force out the shush when it is thicker. ( a very slow dispense rate). When you get the slush to dispense and add your favorite Booz, it is incredibly good! Careful not to over do it!! ... show more
