The SLUSHi machine is a fantastic appliance for anyone who loves frozen treats at home. I tried icecream and slushies, both functions work pretty well. All you need to do is to pour in ingredients and wait for a while, that's it. The machine is very user-friendly with intuitive controls and several preset programs, allowing users easily experiment with different drinks and adjust thickness to taste. Cleanup is a breeze; the components are easy to wash and some can be put into washing machine, which makes this machine suitable for frequent use. In short, the slushi machine does everything advertised with reasonable price.

Really happy with this product. Quiet, easy to clean, durable and works great. The setting are easy to use. Excellent size doesnt take alot of space. We are loving the slushies, we have used soda (Shasta is the best) and juice. They have all slushed up well... Recommend this product.

Love that it has 6 preset options and that measurements for smaller servings are included in recipe booklet. Self cleaning and that it keeps drinks frozen for up to 12 hours. I like that you can decrease the temperature yourself for sippable frozen drinks. Basically you can adjust temperature to suit your personal preference. Other than that there are 6 preset settings that one can use to make slushi, frappe, soft serve, milk shakes, chilled juice or spiked drinks. The unit user friendly and sits perfectly on my counter top.

Makes great slurpees. Takes about 30 minutes. Better than Circle K. Soft ice cream is good but not quite firm enough. All in all, great home machine. Well made, super easy to disassemble and clean.

I said what I said. I usually love Ninja and their products. I currently own and use frequently the Ninja foodie dehydrator, a Ninja Creami Deluxe, and a Ninja blender. I love all of those. But the Ninja Slushi, for me, isn't great. Granted, the Ninja slushi makes good soda pop slushies. But it can't do milkshakes at ALL. It only ever made cold chocolate milk for us, and that was 4 attempts in 2 separate Ninja machines, in addition to putting the Ninja slushi in a cold room (not the kitchen). So that was a dud for us. Enter this! Who knew a random Chinese brand could out milkshake the Ninja? I didn't. But after a mere 10 minutes of this, it gets us a nice frozen milkshake. It also slushes pop super fast. Pros? Better product. Better slush, I like that it displays the actual temp. Cons? Probably hit or miss product since it's less popular than Ninja. Also the keypad is weird and the buttons to start the machine aren't actually buttons. They're funky. You can't actually press milkshake, you need to press the power button to go through the entire list of 5 to get you what you want. Also the dispenser tab doesn't retract automatically. You need to push it back up. But hey it gives us finally the chocolate milkshakes we were craving, so we're happy. I'll do ice cream later and post results. Might drop to 4 star later if the buttons become a hassle and give out or if the dispensing lever is wonky (it leaks slightly but you can tighten the bottom screws as said in another review), and I'm worried it won't make ice cream well. Oh also the back comes apart and has a gasket there, so time will tell if it leaks from there. Strange that it comes apart, but it makes for easier access to clean at least.

Product works great, slushies come out perfect. However, I’ve tried a few recipes and it does not make ice cream/soft serve well like it says. Also, you cannot use any diet or zero sugar products, they will harden ice on the machine and burn out the motor… luckily, I caught mine before it became a big issue. The inability to use diet products is why it only got four stars from me. it’s not a big deal except it would’ve been nice to know before I bought the product, I love the flavor of Diet Coke and would’ve liked to have a slushy for that. It makes 3-4 medium size drinks through one cycle. Super easy to clean also, so that’s nice. It’s not very loud. Have had no issue with leakage. Make sure it has some distance like it tells you to from the back of the counter. This was a good investment I am glad I bought.

Purchased this because not only did it do slushies but soft serve ice cream! My neice but a ninja slushie machine so we were intrigued. We found this machine did soft serve ice cream as well so we purchased this one. We received it and cleaned it right away which was so easy! 3 pieces. We made apple cider slushies and they were so delicious! Can't wait to try the soft ice cream next. Love that it comes with recipes for chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream so we won't have to purchase the online powders. Machine is very quiet, easy to clean and looks beautiful! Even has a light while it is making the slushy so you can see it across the room :) Very happy!
