This slushie machine is great. With the hot weather, we found ourselves running to buy frozen drinks often. Now I can make my own. The pictures below are of ice cream. It was super easy to make, just melted some chocolate chips into milk, cream and sugar. Tasted like a wendy's frosty without all of the industrial chemicals. Have also tried frozen juices which are great, tried Hawaiian punch, which tasted like a slurpie. Margaritas are a breeze, just dump in some premix with tequila, and have an all day margarita dispenser. Works very well with strawberry daiquiri mix as well. A couple of times I just dumped in the mix so the kids could also have some, and added the alcohol to the cup. Not quite as good, but still great! Clean up was very simple. There is a cleaning cycle that gets the bulk out, and then I just remove all the parts and throw them in the dishwasher. Pro tip: Its much easier to clean the drum once it returns to room temperature :-). I highly recommend this slushie machine, it is well build and works wonderfully.

Purchased this because not only did it do slushies but soft serve ice cream! My neice but a ninja slushie machine so we were intrigued. We found this machine did soft serve ice cream as well so we purchased this one. We received it and cleaned it right away which was so easy! 3 pieces. We made apple cider slushies and they were so delicious! Can't wait to try the soft ice cream next. Love that it comes with recipes for chocolate, vanilla and strawberry ice cream so we won't have to purchase the online powders. Machine is very quiet, easy to clean and looks beautiful! Even has a light while it is making the slushy so you can see it across the room :) Very happy!

We weren't sure how this slushy machine would measure up to name brand ones such as the Ninja Slushi. After quite a bit of research, we decided to give it a try due to the cheaper price and added value of being able to make soft serve ice cream, and I'm glad we gave this product a shot. It has performed above expectations. So, far, we have made cherry coke slushies and soft serve ice cream - both turned out excellent. Neither took too long to freeze since the sugar content of the liquids was adequate. It may take a little experimentation with recipes and the settings to get results to match your preferences, but this slushy machine makes the process quite simple just by following the provided instruction manual and inspiration guide. Cleanup is fairly easy and straightforward as well for this type of product. The parts that need washing come apart easily and are all dishwasher safe. Everything seems as sturdy as other brands. All of these machines use mostly plastic for the removable parts that need to be cleaned. I do wonder if replacement parts would be available were they ever needed. I should preface all of this by saying, initially, we did have liquid leaking from the dispenser even when it was in the closed position, but we contacted the seller and they were very responsive. They sent a video showing how to tighten a few screws on the dispenser piece, and after snugging these up (which only took a few seconds), it hasn't leaked a drop since. Very impressed with their customer service. That is definitely a factor in this 5-star rating. Only time will tell how good the internals of this machine are (compressor, etc.), but the seller is currently providing a decent warranty, so we are at this time, impressed with the product and product support.

Product works great, slushies come out perfect. However, I’ve tried a few recipes and it does not make ice cream/soft serve well like it says. Also, you cannot use any diet or zero sugar products, they will harden ice on the machine and burn out the motor… luckily, I caught mine before it became a big issue. The inability to use diet products is why it only got four stars from me. it’s not a big deal except it would’ve been nice to know before I bought the product, I love the flavor of Diet Coke and would’ve liked to have a slushy for that. It makes 3-4 medium size drinks through one cycle. Super easy to clean also, so that’s nice. It’s not very loud. Have had no issue with leakage. Make sure it has some distance like it tells you to from the back of the counter. This was a good investment I am glad I bought.

Not too bad. I was thinking of ordering the other name brand with a N. This thing works just as well. Easy to use controls and it started to work quick out of the box. (you do have to wait 2hrs per instructions to let the refrigerant to settle). But happy overall. It holds enough for 3 tall cups.
