We love it! We made our first batch of slushies, and it came out perfectly! The manual doesn't provide a recipe to follow, so we used a ½ gallon of margarita slushy mix and added 1½ gallons of water. After about 20 minutes at -3.5 degrees, we had a nice, cool slushy drink.

This machine showed up as expected. Instructions are not very well written. Machine started making a noise and leaking a brown liquid within two months of usage. Contacted support and went through all the issue and descriptions only to be told that he could not help with the issue and would pass info along to real support. A week goes by and I receive an email stating that my issue was resolved and the file would be closed. I replied that no one had ever contacted me and had a reply asking what the problem was. This has gone on for two months now with the back and forth, trying to close my issue without them even contacting me. (except for the original person that says he can't help and responds to each of the emails I send). I receive another email on Dec 25 saying the issue is resolved, once again and state no it is not, and then I am told to contact Amazon for any issues that the manufacturer cannot help. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Bought this for our daughter’s grad party read all the directions and the machine all three of our canisters never went to an actual slush . We woulda been better off putting them in the freezer. Yes we had all three in slush mode and not cold drink mode and yes we had it at the lower degree setting . Still after 8 hours before the party no slushes for the party as well as let it go till the next day and still no slush one got close to wanting to slush but still not a slush . We tried adding alittle more suger since it said if not add some sugar , we tried adding more water , we tried everything and no luck !
