I gotta say, pretty dang great. Used 3 different occasions and so far works perfectly- you just have to get the right temp for your liquid to be consistency you want. Tips- When emptying out at end of party, I added water to the leftover slush to get to melt down and drain more easily through the spigots before you remove the big containers or you’ll have a slushy mess on your machine when you pull it off. Lights are actually a nice bonus I didn’t realize we would want/use. I used a friend’s different machine after mine and hers was way more annoying to clean and separate so glad I’m got this one. Mine was double version 15Lx2 and had an open house party for 75+ and used it for 13 hrs straight- outside in 95 degree weather. I did two max capacity batches (2.5 gal of liquid in each fills to about max line) on each side throughout the day and it was enough for everyone. There was a little downtime when the second batches were being made but we staggered refilling one side at a time so they never ran out for long. Also- rental cost for one day was $350 for same size machine locally, so I figure even using it for 1-2 more events and this thing is paid for itself. Note- it is super heavy to lift and the shipping crate it came in was legit craziest thing I’ve ever had delivered- it took a crow bar to crack open the solid wood sides and brackets that this came packaged in. Do not expect to unbox it 2 hours before a party and start making slush. It took awhile to give it first cleaning and do small test batches once unboxed- we did ours three days before the event to get timing and temp perfected for each liquid. ... show more

OMG!!!! I can't tell you how much I love this machine. In the past, I loved stopping at the local convenience store and getting a slushie for the drive home. Hey! After a hard day at work, a little treat makes you feel better. I have not tried the other functions of this machine besides making slushies. I purchased syrup from Webrestaurant.com. They have 6 flavors of Jolly Rancher syrup that are my all time favorite flavors. They are not cheap like this machine, but well worth the price. The machine itself works great! The instructions are easy to follow and clean up is easy. The machine will have you a delicious slushie made in less than thirty minutes. I purchased the slushie syrup from a third party vendor. If you search on the internet, there are several places that sell it by the gallon or half gallon. It's not very cheap, but well worth it for the amount of different flavors to choose from. For adults, a little bit of alcohol is wonderful for those hot summer nights. The machine is not very loud, but does make a low hum as it turns and makes your drink. I've had this machine for 3 months now and have not noticed any signs of wear and tear. Seems like a pretty solid piece of equipment. Highly recommend. ... show more

Leaked from day one. Tried to return but it wasn't covered under Amazon's A-Z return policy. Dealt with the manufacturer who didn't want to let me return it. They offered me some money ($150) to not return it and have a repairman fix it for us. Reluctantly I agreed. Finally found someone who could work on the product and they basically said it was a manufacturer defect and couldn't be repaired. We have a small business and have purchased other slush machines before that were wonderful, but this one was very poorly made, leaked from the beginning, and has been nothing but a headache. ... show more

Works as promised! I put it right to work for our annual neighborhood Cinco de Mayo party and had both buckets making Margaritas. Ended up having to reload both buckets, and it just kept on working!! My only note of concern is a humorous one. Both handles are labeled with the word "PUSH". The problem is, you actually have to "PULL" the handle to have the beverage dispense. To remedy any confusion on our guests' part, we quickly made some labels with the proper action. We figured since the machine is made in China, the person in charge of converting Chinese to English got a little confused :-) ... show more

This bad boy is a Monster!!! In a good way. Very sturdy, It's a commercial Slushy machine, it's double the quantity of Slushy to be made . Its well worth the money! The Only things I had a problem with was setting the temperature correctly, I know next time it needs to be -9 c in order to get the good texture , Easy to clean . ... show more
