Bought this for our daughter’s grad party read all the directions and the machine all three of our canisters never went to an actual slush . We woulda been better off putting them in the freezer. Yes we had all three in slush mode and not cold drink mode and yes we had it at the lower degree setting . Still after 8 hours before the party no slushes for the party as well as let it go till the next day and still no slush one got close to wanting to slush but still not a slush . We tried adding alittle more suger since it said if not add some sugar , we tried adding more water , we tried everything and no luck !

Ordered this brand new. It does not freeze. Contacted company. Was told nothing they could do and to contact a refrigerator repair company to fix. Talked to a refrigerator company. It is going to cost as much to fix as did the item. I would give it zero stars if I could.
