We have had this for about a month now and used it several times and it works so good. From making sno cones to drinks by the pool it can do it with ease and make a lot of it. We love the ease of cleaning as it takes only a few minutes and a good wipe down and it’s ready to use again. The speed is great as it did 2 30ounce tumblers of ice in about 5 seconds. Makes shaving ice so much easier. Very high performance and efficient. Snow cone days will be an all summer treat. The only other thing you need are your favorite flavor of snow cone syrups. A must have for all hot summers.

Super high quality with rubberized power switch, you can wash it off very easily without having to worry about damaging and components. It definitely appears like a machine that would be in a commercial environment.

We've been moving, so it took two months to finally have time to post a review. The packaging was very professional and secure and the quality of the build is first rate. Operation is straightforward: plug it in, turn on the waterproof switch, put ice in the chute, lower plunger to turn on blades, crushed ice goes into bin with sturdy door for access. We ordered 6 bottles of syrup from an Amazon vendor that lets you select from a big list of mix and match flavors. The grandsons love this and have requested to order their personal favorite flavors and have this there for the next birthday party. Next we will make some boozy concoctions for all the parents!

This is a commercial machine, it is of good quality and easy to use, it works well and the noise is acceptable. It has a large capacity, much larger than I expected. It is perfect for summer parties, but it takes up a little space to store.

The media could not be loaded. We got this in anticipation of making frozen margaritas 🍹 and Pina Coladas this summer by the pool but my son is obsessed with slushes/shaved ice. It is super easy to use & quickly makes a large batch of fine, shaved ice. Will definitely earn it's keep this summer. 🌞

The media could not be loaded. This machine is great! The bucket is much larger than i imagined so it can hold enough for a whole large party. Dropped a few ice cubes in there and within a few seconds had a whole bunch of perfectly shaved ice (see video). I love that it auto activates and deactivates based on the handle movement so you dont have to keep toggling the switch yourself.

I ordered this because I thought it would be a perfect way to easily do shaved ice snacks at our kids birthday parties and stuff, and wow it's seriously crazy how awesome this is. We plugged this in and did a test, once with nugget ice and one with regular ice cubes, and we immediately learned this is much better with regular ice cubes. It does shred the nugget ice, but because they're slightly less hard and cold, it made them more of bigger-ish chunks, slightly too large to really be used for shaved ice snacks (more like ice, less like powered snow, if that makes sense). But the ice cubes, wow that was just absolutely perfect. It makes so much shaved ice and it stays cold and stays shaved for a while and it was seriously perfectly powered and so easy to use! I'm so happy I'll never have to try and use the hand shaver to do shaved ice ever again, those were terrible vs this where I can gently push down the handle with one hand and it shaves the ice perfectly. I love the included door and scooper as well, the door makes it so easy to get the shaved ice out, totally love that. And they really thought of everything, even including a little drainage straw to drain any water out as the ice melts in the box. Overall this thing is absolutely awesome, my only "complaint" is how big it is, it's much bigger than I expected, but it does say it's commercial grade and it very much functions that way, so the size kind of makes sense at least because of that, and I think the size will be perfect for when we bring this to kids birthday parties in our friend group. I give this an absolute 10/10, definitely recommend, it's seriously the coolest ice shaving device I've ever used, and if you're in the market for something like this and are willing to spent a little bit more to get a really nice one, this is hands down the best you can buy.
