My husband had no issues putting this bar cart together, however Part #3, which is the top railing had to very prominent scrapes on the railing. We followed the directions on the instruction sheet and called the manufacturer, NOT Amazon, and no one every answered the phone. I emailed their customer service, and was told they did not have that part available to ship to us, and our only alternative was to take it apart and sent it back to Amazon. We could not speak to anyone, they did not offer any other solutions, and taking it completely apart was definitely not something we wanted to do. We finally ended up finding some blackish marker to cover the scrapes. We should not have had to do that. This is not what Customer Service is supposed to be about. Answer the phone! Have replacement parts available, and don't rely upon the shipper to handle you defective parts. I won't buy from this manufacturer again. ... show more

This cart was definitely NOT bronze. It’s black. I would have returned but I had to rip the box apart to get it out. Good packaging anyway. It was a bit wobbly when I put it together got a little better once the glass was on and a little better once I put some liquor bottles on it. I am bummed about the color, I was specifically looking for bronze to match the hardware in my kitchen, I’ll probably eventually spray paint it when it gets a bit warmer. I love this bar car! It was very easy to install and is very sturdy. There are a lot of liquor bottles on the bottom glass shelf and the cart holds them all up just fine, so it’s very durable. It’s easy to move around and is great for parties!

Got this for my husband as an anniversary present. For some reason the post office wasn't able to deliver this oversized box and it was absurdly huge for the pox within a box. It didnt look bad but It wouldnt stand flush on the floor even though all the wheels were attached correctly and there was a slight chemical fume smell so Im returning and went with nathan james cart instead.
