I got 4 of these stools about 2 months ago. First let me say that they are easy to put together, they function good and the seat itself is nice. There is one downfall. They warn you in the paperwork not to lean much because the chair could lose balance basically. We haven't had an issue but they will tilt if you lean. The base of the chair is super lightweight so it doesn't stay firm to the ground. Like I said there hasn't been any issues or incidents but let's say if you've had a lot to drink and move off balance too much while in the chair you might be hitting the floor. ... show more

There was a part of the assembly that had me really confused, but I was able to figure it out. These chairs are very comfortable, nice squishiness and good back support. I work in a lab with high tables, and these chairs are much more comfortable than stools we are provided with. I definitely recommend! ... show more

I bought these because they are cushioned. I wish I had done it sooner! These work very well, are comfortable, and light. The bottom isn't weighted so it could trip over with little ones climbing on them. But my granddaughter (3yo) figured them out after a few tries.

I have a (probably) simple issue with these stools instructions were not very clear for me to understand I accidentally kept the plastic cover over the hydraulic mechanism before putting these together and quickly realized why the adjustments wouldn't work so now the plastic is lodged and broken inside of the chair and the hydraulic pushed all the way up at the maximum height and will not go back down!!!!! I emailed was told I would get a response within1-3 businesses days it's been well over a week, there is no phone number to call no video to troubleshoot with, I just need some assistance putting this chair back down so its useable once again 😕 as it stands I really wish I could get a full refund and just send them back and buy from a different company, I needed something reliable to enjoy dinner at my table after a hard days work and this has not been it for me. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The chairs are a little unsturdy (just make sure to sit in the middle of of seat) but they are worth the price. They look nice. They are comfortable and easy to assemble. Time to time the screws come loose from the bottom(just keep the L-wrench handy to put it back on.
