These stools are spectacular. Very good deal easy to put together. I’m in my 80s. It took me about 10 minutes to put each one together they’re perfect. They look awesome. I definitely would get them while you can.

I was in need of just 1 tall chair for my kitchen counter eating area, and so I went out to some so called "furniture stores" in my area here of Connecticut. At the stores I went to, they all had very similar chairs as this Ashley Caitbrook chair, except they were anywhere from $500 - $700 [plus tax]. I really totally was shocked to see how expensive they were, for only 1 chair [not 2 or 3 for that price]. After seeing the same very high prices all around, I came here to Amazon and found this chair which looked nice and the price was even nicer. So I took the chance and bought it and I'm very pleased to find out that this chair is of very good quality, very solid and doesn't look cheap. My counter is a height of 36 1/2", and the leg clearance underneath is 34 1/2", and so I did have to cut off 2 inches off of each leg on my miter saw, for the proper height for leg clearance and where my dining plate would be. Nevertheless, I'm very thrilled with my purchase and this chair really compliments my granite countertops with more or less the same matching gray color. The price point makes me feel like I saved a lot of money, which is always a wonderful feeling when I purchase something of quality. For which I say A+A+A+! ... show more

We have this whole Signature Design by Ashley Valebeck set (the dining table, 9 of the swivel bar stools with backs and 1 backless bar stool). This swivel bar stool is exactly like the ones that have the backs, same color, height, sturdiness, and feel, just backless. I love this bar stool and currently use it in my craft room but when we need another chair for larger parties, we bring it down to the table. We have mostly older people that come to our dinner parties, so I usually take this bar stool for myself as everyone else prefers the safety of the ones with the back. This stool is easy to assemble. It is comfortable to sit on and swivels smoothly. The only issue is it seems the legs are not perfect in length so it has a very slight wobble. This is not enough of a problem to send it back so I will get some felt to place on the bottom of the legs to help with leveling it out. It is a very attractive stool. I bought three. Two came immediately but one is still on back order. I do not have an expected delivery date yet but hope it will be soon. In the meantime, I have two I can use. ... show more

I absolutely love these bar stools. They were out-of-stock for sometime and I patiently waited (and looked other places). Besides being heavy and super good quality, the metal foot rest is what I really wanted. These fit perfectly under my counter and they looks and feel expensive. Really nice chairs. Well packaged, and easy assembly. They go great with my kitchen island, and are just the right height for a 37" tall island. Faux leather cushion seems well padded, I like the swivel. The dark color is nice, though I kind of wish you could get the dark pleather seat with the wood color from the one with the white seat. No big deal though. It's sturdy, and the legs a somewhat self-leveling. For assembly, be sure to only hand tighten the legs, then the ring. Tighten the ring down most of the way, and then stand it up on the legs to fully tighten. This will make assembly easier, and helps make the legs level. I made the mistake of tightening everything fully first before standing it up and it had some wobble, so had to re-loosen it all to balance. Overall seems like it was worth the expense. ... show more
