The media could not be loaded. I like the chair a lot, it’s very comfortable and better than expected. It was easy to setup. Would recommend for the price. I only gave it a 4 star because I received it a day later.

These chairs are not sturdy (if you are using them on carpet). Also, had problems with the hydraulic part of the chair (on one chair) where it would not go down. First, the company sent a new base which didn’t fix the problem and then sent a new hydraulic section for the chair. This did not work either. I contacted the company again and they advised that because I beyond the return period, tough luck. They would not send me another chair or any other parts. Just recently (maybe from sitting in the wobbly chair), it did go down (very low) but will not come back up. I do not recommend these as they are cheap. The only good thing about them is that they are comfortable. Very disappointed in this company. ... show more

From the distance looks nice but the faux white leather has matte feel and look to it and stains! A drop of coffee made a permanent stain that even bleach couldn't remove. If you touch it with a dirty hand, your grey fingerprints will be forever stay on your chairs. :(
