Love it! Dislikes...you go through alot of water. I can drain my 50g HW tank with a 30min shower. Also height, make sure your shower connection is high up. Mine is low, and cuz of the angle of the connection, you rainfall head is at an even lower angle as you can see on the right-side of the pic. Not so much handicap friendly as the switch from rainfall to shower head is up high instead of on the shower head. I'm currently trying to adapt this issue, simple matter of a valve on the shower head with the other valve in tge right position. (Should have been designed handicap friendly) ... show more

I've had this since Dec 2021 and today the part that is turned to utilize the handheld sprayer completely broke off, now I can only use the main shower head. Up until now I have loved it, was hoping it would last longer obviously. UPDATE: seller contacted me after this review and offered to replace the broken part. I had already purchased the broken part from Amazon (installed it and shower works great again) as I didn't expect to hear from a seller after 2yrs of owning the product. Seller gave me a partial refund to cover the cost of the broken part. At the end of the day, 2yrs in with a small hiccup but I'm very happy with the shower. ... show more

I love my shower head. And the handheld piece it's so awesome it makes it so much easier when you clean the bathtub and rinse it up and you can even wipe the sides of the shower wall just wipe it and rinse it and you're done. But I love mine. I wish I would have got one a long time ago.

Our tiny shower upstairs has the plumbing installed at such a height and angle that the previous shower head could not reach 90% of our body. The long arm on this shower head is perfect for this scenario because we can direct the water to fall from directly above our heads. It's been years since I've bought shower heads and I'm amazed that you can get 2 nozzles in 1 set for this $50 or less price range. I will say though, the quality looks poor like most everything from China does so I will be surprised if this holds up for years. ... show more
