Well here we are with a half defective item, brushroll is very loud, makes a grinding noise, now I knew this was refurbished to clear that up, I was OK with that, usually items are 100 percent OK, but this one happened to not be. I even contacted shark and we did a video call, and they stated something was wrong with it but because someone had already refurbed it, it's not eligible with them, and it's an outdated color model. So here we are, seller has ignored refund requests, Amazon has contacted them, Amazon has denied my return simply saying I received the descripted item. But I refuse to stop there. Not angry, just fissapointed. So I bought a brand new model with a 5 year warranty, and I will get this one refunded. So yes buyer beware, no one wants to have to refund or replace this refurbed item. But rest assured I'm gonna get a refund. ... show more
