The media could not be loaded. I was extremely excited to order this product, but very disappointed when I turned it on. It sounds like a very loud, old beater of a car on its last leg. I know the rule of thumb is buyer Beware with reconditioned merchandise. At this time, this machine seems to work flawlessly, and there is a great deal of entertainment value with cats and an automatic floor sweeper. At half the price of a new one, this one fill the bill.

I bought one of the cheaper models officially thru Shark at Walmart but was looking for one with more gadgets and this company absolutely sold the deal with quality, readiness, and ease. Plus it comes with 90 day warranty if it doesn’t work right off the bat…which most people seemed to have a problem with. So if you get past a few runs- you should be good! I was skeptical about a refurbished one but seriously- worth the investment and I am returning the other one to Walmart ... show more

The unit doesn't seem to have the battery life as my other unit. It only cleans for about 30 min and goes to recharge. My other unit also had brushes on both sides of the base and this one only has one. I'm not happy with the overall unit. I have a rottweiler and it doesn't pick up his hair very good. ... show more
