I love this vacuum. Shark has always made great vacuums. Especially for pet hair. This one has strong suction, even when the dust bin is packed full. I didn't think I would use the lift away feature, but I have been using it quite a bit. I usually sweep my steps and vacuum up the stuff at the bottom. Now I can just lift the top part off, and vacuum them. Also great for ducking up the occasional bug on the ceiling. It has a long cord, so I can easily fo 2+ rooms without moving the plug. No complaints so far.

I saw some bad reviews about this vacuum, about someone saying that it ruined her rug. well all I gotta say is this vacuum is very powerful and there are some rugs that you can not vacuum there is also a less suction bottom for that kind of rugs. To me this is is an excellent vacuum, very light extremely powerful, I love it!

It works fine, but compared to other SHARKS I have used, there was a considerable difference in ease of pushing and pulling the vacuum. This one just feels harder to guide and push for this 73 year old grandma. BUT....I cannot complain because at least I have been blessed with good health and strength and I now can get a clean floor (waited two weeks for shipping to get it here).

It's a little louder than I like, but it works so well! I have long hair that is notorious for getting tangled around the brushroll and wheels! It didn't happen with this vacuum! Also, my carpets in the living room and dining room hold lint to the point you would have to bend down and pick it out but not so with this vacuum! I am more than happy with this purchase.

Very nice suction power is great. It’s good for cleaning the couch even if you have a dog or cat (I have both). Roller brush stays clean on its own which is a god send.

I love this Vacuum, I was a bit skeptical because it was refurbished, however, this vacuum works like it's brand new. I've had this vacuum for about three months. I vacuumed everything with it. It comes with several attachments. I've vacuum the carpet, the regular floor. I take the handle off and suction out the corners of the floors. auction out the chairs with it, even suctioned the ceiling fans because I'm so short.
