Works amazing!! Got it for a Christmas present for my parents and I tested it out in this seated bench and it came out almost brand new!! Still had some stains left but it's never been washed before and had it since before 2020. So I'd say I'm impressed with just how much it got up. The suction is wonderful on it. Best all around from any other extractor. We only tested out the hand tool but sure the carpet portion works just the same. Only thing that's a little confusing is whenever it says there's a door open wish it woulsay which one or location. But not a problem just need a little problem solving skills. Works like new only a few marks on the dirty tank and some scuffs on one of the hose attachments other that that looks brand new but 42% cheaper

Life the dry function, it really does dry it quicker But I feel the scrub/clean function isn’t very strong. I haven’t used the had held pieces but it gets the job done for my small needs
