Amazing carpet cleaner
What amazing carpet cleaner. The separate compartment that catches the hair is super amazing. Good suction gets the carpet dry very quick. If you have animals, it is definitely a need in the home. Well worth the money.

Go for the SHARK!
I love it. I owned a bissell and thought it was great. The Sharks blew it out of the water! Amazed at how easy spots evaporate in front of my eyes with ease

Non functional, bad service, 100% scam company
This shampooer was not only sent with a broken part, it had never been tested and would only run for less than 19 seconds before turning off with an error. I called Shark and they were helpful except did not know why it might be throwing this error code. Also zero water reached the floor nozzle(their description). The seller is NOT Amazon like the page says and the seller is shady and unhelpful. Just wanted to add to the review of the refurbished unit from Good as New Electronics pretending to be Amazon. They are a complete scam, look them up, their main business is Franklin Cash Register in Franklin Park, IL.

Amazing product
Works amazing!! Got it for a Christmas present for my parents and I tested it out in this seated bench and it came out almost brand new!! Still had some stains left but it's never been washed before and had it since before 2020. So I'd say I'm impressed with just how much it got up. The suction is wonderful on it. Best all around from any other extractor. We only tested out the hand tool but sure the carpet portion works just the same. Only thing that's a little confusing is whenever it says there's a door open wish it woulsay which one or location. But not a problem just need a little problem solving skills. It will automatically shut off when the max fill for the dirty water is reached which I think is a good feature to have

Life the dry function, it really does dry it quicker But I feel the scrub/clean function isn’t very strong. I haven’t used the had held pieces but it gets the job done for my small needs

Amazing!
Shark is an amazing company and this machine proves it! This shampooer works fast, picks up hair and dirt plus little spills. It's just like using a vacuum but actually seeing the difference. I was amazed how well it cleaned and dried my 2.5" thick rug.

Wow surprised
Works like new only a few marks on the dirty tank and some scuffs on one of the hose attachments other that that looks brand new but 42% cheaper

Money well spent
I bought this one and the portable one too, and I love them both. It gets the dirt and pet nastiness out of the carpet. I use the portable one for my car and pet spots. The things I really like about it is, is that it cleans its own hoes, an attachment made for pet mess and you don’t have to empty out the detergent which I find so wasteful. Also you can put it on suction mode to just help dry the carpet faster!
