Stopped working after 2 months.
Got it out of the box. Makn body with the dust collection bin would not lock into the vase. IT still seemed to function well. Stopped working after a few months. Contacted seller and no reply.

No way this is refurbished!
If I could give this six stars I would. First the price. Took a chance on a refurbished model which I typically don’t do but I’m so glad a did. This looked brand new. From the minute I plugged it in I was sold. I have pets and wanted a vacuum that could get up all the pet hair. Well that’s what I got! Even from around the baseboard and in the back of the stair treads. The other big plus is I haven’t had to clean the roller brushes at all! No more pet or human hair twisted around them and no more sitting on the floor for cutting all that away! The suction on this vacuum is also great. And it’s super easy to handle. And I love the extra long cord! I would definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for something powerful, easy to maneuver and easy to clean.

Great Vacuum with caveats
a new one. You need to think if saving $120 and a 90 day warranty is worth it to you before you buy this machine, because returning it will not be an option. I've heard the customer service is not great with this company and the return shipping fees will be astronomical. If you decide to keep it like I did, you will be blown away at how great this vacuum cleaner really is. You just have to ignore the scuffs and scrapes and scratches on it, since it has been used before. I highly recommend this refurbished unit only to those people who do not think they would need a warranty or brand new Vacuum. The first thing I did when I received this vacuum was remove the horrible smelling odor neutralizer pad from its container. If you like the smell you can keep it but I have no idea why anybody would think that smells good. Other than that, this vacuum is amazing. I'm glad I made the purchase of the refurbished vacuum. If it dies on me in a year from now I think I would have got my money's worth. But next time I'll get the brand new vacuum.
