So I received this yesterday, tattooed the fake skin the kit came with to test it worked great!! Died fast figured it was cuz it wasn't fully charged. Cause that's how electronics are shipped sometimes with a partial charge. So I plugged it in... And now battery screen is frozen with the green battery... Not even an hr of working with the machine.. cannot replace because I do not have all parts included with the kit since I needed to use the following... Fake skin, needles, gloves, ink.. Tried contacting company that sold this, to no reply..
