Well, I've only had this a week or so but I love it! It's high quality, quiet and moves gently and it makes a bed so functional and more comfortable. I love watching TV and reading in bed. I originally saw this exact same brand and model here in Hawaii for 880. plus tax. I got it off Amazon.com for 509.99 so I am really thrilled with saving 370. bucks!! Affordable adjustable bed frame, and from a name brand company, this frame does work quite well and has some good adjustments and positions to meet most needs. The user/install guide is a downloadable pdf (with a link to a short install video) using a QR code. Setup and installation is quite straightforward, especially if you’re using two (or more!) people to get this bed frame in place; it’s heavy (120+ pounds for the Queen frame) and a bit unwieldy to manage. I did it alone, not the smartest choice I’ve ever made, but did get it done, but you really do need two people to manage this. Setup is easy: unbox the frame, plug in the electronics, twist on the six legs, and place three AAA batteries in the remote. That’s it. The harder part, of course, is getting the frame turned over right-side-up due to the weight and the size of the frame. Again, two people should be involved in that process. I did place furniture glider pads under each leg after getting it turned over right-side-up to make positioning the frame easier. The frame and remote work well together, with the frame very responsive to the each button push from the remote. The Flat option is quite handy as just one touch returns the bed/frame to a level position, so no need to constantly push or hold the up/down buttons. The frame does let the bed rise to accommodate a near-true sitting up position, helpful for someone who needs to be fed while in bed using a tray (or otherwise just enjoy a nice breakfast in bed). We have a hospital-style bed tray so that works well for that purpose. The other selectable positions are achieved by pressing the up/down arrows on the remote, either in single presses or hold for continuous adjustment, so you can get pretty precise in the angles and positions you want. There is also a zero-G (one-touch) setting that places the adjusts your legs to a higher level than your heart. Overall, at under $700 (at time of review, Queen frame), this is a comparatively affordable adjustable bed frame, decent warranty (10 years), from a leading name-brand company, with pretty much all the adjustments that most people would need/use, and is very responsive to the included remote. We’ve used this now for just over a week, and have no major complaints or issues; the mattress holder at the end of the frame could be a few inches taller to provide better hold of the mattress being the only item I did note. We do have an innerspring mattress on this frame currently, so there is a little bit of bunching up when the head is raised, but that is due to using a mattress that isn’t designed for adjustable beds, nothing to do with the frame itself. We’ll be switching out that mattress for a hybrid one and I’ll update if there are any issues. ... show more
